- I have so many covers that I would like to do. but I realized I hadn't done any George Harrison songs yet so I quickly made up for it. I've always loved "Old Brown Shoe" and was always amazed that it was the B-side of "The Ballad of John and Yoko".
in the new Peter Jackson's "The Beatles: Get Back" there is a beautiful scene in george arrives in the studio shows Paul and Ringo this song that he had written only the night before.
what an underrated song.
George said in an interview that he played the bass.
I did my best to solo, I didn't have time
Right is only half of what's wrong.

Great! Thank you for this.
All instruments so welled played, and of course your vocals are excellent!
This is amazing. Full of soul and understanding of nuances. Thanks a lot. You're talented. A cut above the rest of the tributes.
Yep, she's right up there with another You Tube musician who does excellent Beatles covers -- Paul Moody.

Who is this chick? She's DYNAMITE!!!!
So fabulous! I really enjoyed this one. Thank you, DreamingWalrus.
One of my favorite songs from my favorite Beatle. You're quite amazing in performing every instrument and singing. At first I wondered about your singing voice but for only a few seconds. Reminded me of Stevie Nicks.
bravissima!!! bella voce....George sarebbe orgoglioso della tua interpretazione
Great rendition of a fabulous Harrison’s most underrated songs!
¡Qué voz tan original!❤
Number one BEATLES SONG.
You guys are spot-on! Great job on the instruments.
There's only ONE THING missing in this video that would make it a perfect 10 score :
The face of the musician/vocalist.
I'm pretty sure there are LOTS of music lovers who enjoy seeing the face of their favorite performers WHILE the performer(s) are playing and/or singing. We all love/enjoy/appreciate seeing facial expressions of our favorite performers while they are in the zone, so to speak.
It adds to the performance, like a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of chocolate syrup to scoops of ice cream !! just sayin' . [back the camera up a little pleeeze ? ]

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Beautiful!
Superb
no vocal please.
great job mate!!!
(This is Tom, not Sandra.)
Great job on this great, but much underrated, George tune!!!! Thanks for posting your version, Mam!!!! It's really good!!!
Well done! My humble suggestition to the bass player: use up and down with the pick... Faster, easier and healthier for you right hand/wrist.
I really thank you for listening and for your suggestion. You're right, when I record videos I always have very little time and I was more focused on playing the right notes on this one than on taking care of my wrist. I'll take your advice!
@@DreamingWalrusThank you so much for your response. Being myself a bass player (1974's Rickenbacker 4001), I've tried different 'mechanics' to my right hand (the pick hand) and noticed that. With the 4001 there's also the additional attention to the left hand (long scale). Keep rocking. You are great!
Outstanding !!🎉🎉
This is one of the most underrated McCartney bass lines of all time. The guy isn't a normal human being. He's Paul fucking McCartney.
Actually, the bass part is by George. His solo demo has the bass part already worked out.
Great!
Excelente cover! Congrats!
That was great!
Excellent the bass
awesome👏
this is so cool!!!
Super ! Du très bon travail !
Great choice ! 👍
Great job
youre are marvelous Jacques of Paris
👍
Subtle suggestion by use of the Hofner that Paul played bass in the song, but in fact it was George.
Who framed the vids? Shame the heads chopped off, but I guess it focuses on finger work 👍
thanks for listening! I cut out of frame my face because while i play i make a lot of faces. and yes, the finger work was much more important on this one
"Who sometimes wears it twice as long". you're welcome.
Tab del solo por favor
Another George B-side that's better than the flip...
Not the voice for this track.... otherwise good cover.
@casaraku1 A bit like Stevie Nicks w/a head cold...but I like it!
The bass part is a tough one in this song - good job.
The band is great as it is. If I may suggest with all due respect, please find a male voice who doesn't exagerate a british accent. The Beatles didn't have an accent when singing. Only could be detected on certain words. I speak from experience.
There's no band. It's only me singing and playing all by myself. I'm not a English native speaker, I just try my best. Thank you.
Horrible... Ruined George' s song !!!
How out of tune is that woman.
