St Viateur bagels are being sold at some metro supermarkets in Toronto. And there are several wood first stove Montreal bagel shops here too. The Bagel House, Kettleman... Etc they are all as good ☺️

Montreal is certaintly one of the top brunch spot in Canada. Here are somes of my suggestion: Passé Composé, Régine Café, L'Avenue, etc. Maybe you can make a video on it as well ;-)

I used to live very close to the Fairmount Bagel in Montreal, but never tried the bagels there and kept going to St. Viateur's. Have to try it next time going back to Montreal. BTW, if you like Schwartz smoke meat in Montreal, you don't have to go far for the Michelin-recommended SumiLicious smoke meat and deli in Scarborough. The owner used to work at Schwartz for 20 years before moving to Toronto. The smoke meat is juicier IMO.

@@TorontoHKger If you buy cooked smoke meat (just the cooked meat) by the pound to share, there is no GST.
