The most thrift shopping :is when local church or lion club do their garage sale. They sell the donation by " what you can afford to pay", clothes by lbs or penny auction.
Omg 😱 It’s true! Churches have the most thrifty ones. Also Bloor between Landsdowne and Ossington is where all the Bloor W rich people donate their stuffs. There used to be a Rosedale version inside of 345 Bloor E but now it’s a No Frills. Forest Hill version is on St Clair W west of Vaughan.
I bet there’s a York mills and bridle path version too.
The most exquisite thrift store in Canada is on Vancouver island in Victoria, where Gucci Chanel are donated.
All the thrift store has a electrical station, you can plug in your small electrical appliance for testing.

$5.5 per dish is very cheap. I love that mall too. There was a 美廉餅家，I liked! My first apartment is at York mills & Victoria park and my dads first bank account is at the HSBC there. I worked the next street on Gordon Baker too. I was so Vic park out there.

@@EricCherry it’s for liquor, not milk. You buy a milk jug to put bagful of milk in.
Value Village is private second hand store, It is not a non-profit organization. They make profits from reselling stuffs from overstock and donations. Their item prices are usually higher than the real thrift store or nonprofit organisation, such as salvation Army.
"Donate to a non-profit here " means they have non-profit organization partner. Value Village pay your donation stuffs to their non-organization partner.
But they have different coupons/ discount programs: coupons to donor, usually 20%,
senior discount day is Every Tuesday 30%, birthday discount day, buy 4 books and have one free.
most attractive time is quartly 50% off household and clothes sales.
The Chinese food in Toronto is not as good as 20 years ago

@@EricCherry 2001年我食過一隻三頭網鮑. Back then at least half the restaurants did not use MSG. Now it is difficult to find a restaurant like that.
