@@bobthebuilder2922 I herd that one about a week ago and it's got that realism to it a lot of military themed stories miss. It also was straight forward with plenty of details to support the overall narrative and plot as both progressed.

A lot of strange things have happened at sea. Ghost ships appearing with all crew gone or dead. One found with faces frozen in fear near Indonesia. I personally think aliens take advantage of the isolation to take the crew. Just like in Close Encounters of the Third Kind ships have been found in the desert. Sightings of sharks the size of megalodon. Many naval ships have seen unknown craft emerge from the depths and fly into the sky. Many mysteries.

Umm, that symbol. The three circle and the arrows. In warhammer that's the symbol for nurgle, bearing in mind the grime this story is portraying, Lord of the Decay seemingly being used in this story.

Thought it was cthulhlu at first but nope, nurgle. Always nice to see grandfather's little children up and about. Interesting way of portraying plauge marines in a world without power armour, having them simply stitch rotten flesh to themselves is a brilliant work around thatl fits within the tone and setting.

There's three other submissions on Creepypasta. But it's kinda hard to navigate that website these days. I plan on posting the rest of the Chronicles on Doc's Reddit Page sometime in the near future. :)

Umm, that symbol. The three circle and the arrows. In warhammer that's the symbol for nurgle, bearing in mind the grime this story is portraying, Lord of the Decay seemingly being used in this story.

Interesting way of portraying plauge marines in a world without power armour, having them simply stitch rotten flesh to themselves is a brilliant work around thatl fits within the tone and setting.
