    It took me a long time to realise that the state of my home impacted my mental health...so I feel everything you've commented.
    Lately, I got better at keeping it nice and tidy. I know it isn't for everyone but having a cute notion dashboard to keep track of my tasks has been such a game changer!!

      Yes! I’ve only gotten to that point recently but a tidy home does help me feel calmer. And I’m so happy to hear that! The notion boards always look so aesthetic and helpful but I will admit notion confuses me

    I absolutely love this. Making sure my kitchen is clean before bed does wonders for my mental health. It eliminates the dread of having to do chores first thing in the morning and makes it much easier to get up. I'll stack this with something fun like watching RUclips or listing to an audiobook. I would love to get better about being off my phone. Such a great list!
