sir I am from India and English is not my native language but right now I am working in international BPO but I am getting trouble while listening to my customer can you please tell me how can I can I improve my listening skills I am so tired of getting terminated from the BPO companies I want to build my career in BPO industry because that's only the option is left for me otherwise my career will be over I am from a poor family I am trying hard to listen to customer but I dono why I am struggling a lot please help me sir.
