Few things to consider, unless you have purchased your own individual Smart Number OR you are a part of a Team Account, the Smart Number that is associated with your kvCORE is also associated with every Agent connected to the same Office in kvCORE. If the person (lead) calling in is NOT in kvCORE as a contact/lead then the call is forwarded according to the Office settings of the Smart Number, controlled by your brokerage. If you have your own individual Smart Number and having this issue, I recommend reaching out to kvCORE support, and if you are at eXp, I can send you the email to reach our support as well. Great question, there are some great credible sites that share various stats on Craigslist, like this, "Craigslist has at least 60 million monthly users in the United States alone. Craigslist's website drives 50 billion page views each month". I highly recommend you check it out. Some of our investor contacts in the US use Craigslist exclusively - from those stats and conversations, my guess is that it works. Have you tried it?
@@TharmilaRajasingam wow I had no clue. Are used to do a ton of rentals through craigslist but they started getting so strict in banning me for one thing or another but I thought that whole market on craigslist died out.
