    galat exercise kr rhi hai ap... isme upper bilkul straight rehni chahiye... knee ko sidha rakh kar sirf waist ko twist krte hai .. or 30 time krne se kuch ni hota... kam se kam 5 minut k 3 set vo bhi beginners ke liye... ache results k liye 10 minut 3 set
