Ultimate Baseball Training could you do a vid on consistent hitting. One day I’ll be killing the ball and the next hitting some weak flares. I don’t know how to fix it

My boyfriend is considering joining an amateur casual league and I'm learning how to throw to him correctly and reasonably well in the case he does, so I really like the videos you put up! We just picked up our gloves for the first time last week and I've already improved!

About someone else recording you, what I do is hang a GoPro on the fence somewhere between the dogout and the Home plate getting view from Home to 1st. This is great for feedback and getting nice footage of yourself

When i was a quarterback in youth football my coach beat into my head to point my toe towards my target. Every throw. It helped me get very accurate. Then when i started playing baseball throwing came easy. I used that same fundamental

Hey, my name is zack and I’m a 13 year old baseball player. I’ve learned so much from your videos and I have a question. I practice lots and I practice my swing. I practice a lot, but in games I can’t execute. Every time I get a good pitch I miss it and swing and miss, I was wondering any tips you good give me, I am trying to get on to a travel team because im a pretty good pitcher but I really want to know how to be a better hitter, thank you.

It's the same for me. I think it could do with pressure. For me when I pitch, I worry too much about hitting the player but I'm learning to just not think to much and throw it.
      Hope this helps

I used to have the same problem, what helped me fix it was getting more confidence, this helped me at bat and in the field. If I think I can get a hit I will have a better chance of getting a hit.

I'd recommend to play more friendly games where the scenarios are the same as in a league game but without all the pressure, you'll get confidence and real in-game experience

as a 3rd baseman i can agree to control your velocity, if you are new in this sport you should let yourself time before throwing and not just do pro fielding because your ball aren't gonna land on 1st base but somewhere in the crowd... i speak from former experience...

Coach Justin! Would you say dips (calisthenics) are ok to include in a workout plan for baseball players? Or will they hurt you?

    • @bestofthebest5450

It definetly wouldnt hurt, it might not directly translate to baseball buts its always good to get stronger

    anime
novice: How does [insert veteran name] throw from the outfield with such pinpoint accuracy?
coach: He's developed his skills painstakingly through years of intense training and drilling constantly. The imagined target he's throwing at is literally smaller than an atom
    novice: huhhh?
veteran player: (throws from fence to get the out at home) *dissatisfied grunt* off by two millimeters.
