Thanks for sharing this. Many beginners struggle with this and then by the next class they forget it. You gave them a visual aid for home. Hope to see more tutorials from you!
i Was in Cebu last February on a Sunday morning. Across the street from my Hotel is a Park where several fellows were practicing this form of self defense. I introduced my self and they let me watch their practice. Enjoyed it very much. My name is Randy Chun 😊 and i have studied Wing Chun for 30 years. Motorcycle and accidents on my body has taken their toll so i can only exercise with my right arm. 😅 Thank you for demonstrating your stick moves in slow motion! 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. God Bless…
As a long time student of Mahalika Kuntaw and pentjak silat I would call These manoeuvres ," Sinwali" and 'Double Sinwali "with variations. Beautiful technique.
Thank you, you are a Legend friend. I use to do this when i first learnt Wing Chun but I've forgotten how it was done after leaving Wing Chun, so thanks for showing me.
Super nag eenjoy po ako sir. Being a DH ( katulong) mahirap po makipagsabayan sa mga kasama ko. Na lagi nagte training ksi once a week lng day off ko kaya laking pasasalamat ko po na may mga video po kayo napapasadahan ko po kahit papano.
Request lng sir every tutorial mo sna lagi may slow moving un ibang video mo napanood namin medyo mabilis pero ngaun ok madaling ma gets ng mga beginners 👍
Nice video. Sinawali makes for good warm up and basic exercises. Use galvanized pipe to build up muscle and endurance. Then go back to rattan and they seem in slow motion.
I ❤ your content!! hope you have some tips how to choose proper stick I enroll sa arnis lesson and my collegue introduce your vlog about it and this content really helpful to me!! ang astig mo!!!
@@daniel_bernas That is one of the more obvious benefits I have noticed from FMA weapon work. Over all better and more balanced dexterity. Whether it be in switching leads (either with or without weapons), dual wielding... or even something seemingly un-related such as badminton, or pétanque. Admitted, I suck terribly at any ball game. But at least I suck equally bad with either hand, and can switch effortlessly. 😄 This was a great demo. Thank you, and keep up the good work. 👍🏾 And to OP: yes, please do keep struggling. It gets easier with time.
Do you have any good video about what to do with your feet? I have be using your videos for exercise and get back into shape and feel like there should be some leg movement which would help with my cardio more. Thanks you for your time.
I have various sources but you can get the essentials here: facebook.com/KalahiFMAGear/ Length and size depends on your goals/style/system. It's not that standard but it's usually close to 28 inches I think. I personally train with various lengths and weights.
