Love this game. You're right, it's very hard but that's what makes it more enjoyable than other versions. You have to be very proactive to knock out zombies on the board (especially Alphas); otherwise, you'll run out of them in the supply (not as many zombies compared to other versions), and they get that extra activation. I like that heroes can die and you can still win the game. Weapons are great and it's key to find those ammo clips.
Love the video! Great review, you analyzed all the points I wanted to know. Im new to zombicide and I'm not sure where to start, second ed. seems like a good starting point but I'm not a big fan of the theme or the characters so I was between Marvel Zombies (the X-men ed.) and Undead or Alive until I saw this version of the game which I really like. I have 2 questions: 1: Is it worth buying both the Xmen and this one? I've seen the Xmen one is a more simplified version? 2: Does this version of the game support expansions from the 2ed one? I really like the Fort Hendrix one so that would be a big plus for me Thanks!
@@Dara_Ara Marvel Zombies is great, and the full X-Men stand alone game is also a lot of fun. I don’t know if this is compatible with Fort Hendrix, but I don’t think it is.
Looks really good. Im a big zombie movie fan, probs seen every zombie film ever made🤣. I thought the movie was really gd , up there with the best zombie movies ive seen, i hope it gets a sequal but its been cancelled at mo, but you never know. I have to get this board game lol. And yeah expansions would be cool.
I like how colorful this version is. Great cards and Player trays. The updates to mechanics seem interesting to try, too.
@@TheCamBeard Yeah, it’s really a great edition.
