Like James said, Eminem structured the fast part with a very small burst switch near the end of the verse. The timing of Eminem's burst is between 14:44 - 14:46 on this video, you can notice a rapid increase in speed on that one particular part.

im also a great fan of fast rap, and watching the list was very entertaining, good work. but i have to say that "fastest" isnt necessarily the best. there are many rappers who do rap fast but wouldnt make it on this list, but sound much clearer. to name a few: dawreck from triple darkness king sandman loc saint smoke corleone C-mob the whole crucial conflict crew T-nutty T-rock Rittz Z-Ro the whole Poetic Vandals crew Tommy Wright III K-Rock (rip) in my opinion these guys just make a better sound than just rapping for many syllables per second
i'm one of the guys who did a big part of the research for this list and i totally agree with each one of these names, i actually spent quite a long time on some of these (mob, loc saint, tw3, k rock to name a few) because i was hoping to find something fast enough to showcase them to more people

Like James said, Eminem structured the fast part with a very small burst switch near the end of the verse. The timing of Eminem's burst is between 14:44 - 14:46 on this video, you can notice a rapid increase in speed on that one particular part.
