Great vid thanks mate. I have a HDS live 9 with a AI 3in1. I fish coastal flats and reef 20' up to 200' here in Australia. Will this skimmer show clear bottom definition when doing 25mph looking for new ground. The 3in1 works great at low speeds and at rest but looking for a cost effective option to find new ground while travelling or would an Airmar TM 150 be an option in your opinion ? thanks
Great video. One question regarding two sonar sources on Elite FS9. I have a splitter to a 3 and 1 and a hockey puck in the hull. If I select 2 and 1 from the sonar set up will that work for get my 2-D from the hockey puck at high speed?
Hey man , great video great information, i have a question for you, i just removed my screw hull transducer on my 2009 Ranger and capped it, i have a lowrance ti2 elite & hds live at my console and have the 3/1 transducer not installed yet ,
Now my questions are : to have my high speed reading should i have the lowrance puck that i glue to the bottom of the hull ? If this is correct which model would you suggest me ?
As for getting the side imaging im guessing the 3/1 should do the job, would you have a video of the proper install if it ?

I used to have a carbon and could and had 2d while on plane. I just got a live installed by someone. Do I have to get a new transducer to be able to see 2d on plan again?

Where can I get the Y cable please? I have a 3 in 1 transducer in the rear and a 2 in 1 built in transducer in the front on my trolling motor. Can I connect both in to the single port on the elite FS 9? IF so Will it give me an option to switch on either one on demand? ty
No you cannot. You would need a second graph to connect to the 2nd transducer then you could share sonar info through ethernet

You will need a shoot thru the hull 2d transducer if you have a fiberglass boat
