How to Upgrade your Desk with Govee’s Neon Rope Light 💡

Here’s how to add a NEON Rope Light to upgrade your DESK 😎
So this Govee’s new product and it’s basically a LED strip for the edge of your desk
To install it you need to first clean the surface with the alcohol pads included. Then dry it and carefully stick the neon rope to the table’s edge .
Once you have done this you need to plug it, turn it on and connect it with the govee app, which is super easy as you only need to hit the plus icon and it will connect automatically.

Also connect it first before putting it up because if it doesn’t work and you need to return it’s gonna be annoying if you just stuck it to your desk

Unfortunately after a while the wire connection isn’t the best, I’ve had mine for a few months and it’s never been moved, pulled, or anything and now you have to hold it a certain way for it to stay on.

Oh dang, I’m sorry man, in their app you can do a rapid replacement request and fill all the info out and they should be able to help you replace it
Just don’t open it up and try to solder it or anything, that would void the warranty
It’s a great design and product I just feel that their power cable isn’t good, it seems like it gets loose or disrupted easily

Well, Thats nice but I have RGBIC lights the same place and probably need to replace it, I’ll probably buy this because right now where I put my arms its like dark brown from sweat

Dark brown from DIRT. you should clean it then put more lights. But all around this is not a good idea. It looks good but that’s an area that will be touched a lot, thus the adhesive won’t last long there.

Yeah you have to cut it on certain marked lines but pretty much any length you want
