This video had everything but gators. People who have no idea how to control their boats, people who don't know what depth to place their trailers, people who haven't figured out what their guides are for and jet ski's driving by at a thousand mph at the dock. Just a lovely stress free place to spend the afternoon I'm sure, where you hope Captain Ron, doesn't smash into your 70 thousand dollar boat.
Always a good video. In the FWIW dept, I never had a problem backing trailers up, but I heard a pretty good tip from a truck driver who said that when you're backing to put your hand at the bottom of the steering wheel. You move your hand the direction that you want the trailer to go, and it helps reduce the "brain malfunction". Of course, with enough adult beverages all bets are off!
That's the way I do it ever since I was a teenager. I'm now 72, just think the wheel is a clock. My 20-year truckster Father taught me that backwards maneuver.
I load and unload a lot by myself, because I fish by myself. I fish all day or all night and everyone of my friends want the Tic Tok version of fishing. Great video!
I just came across the video again. Cool that you used the title idea in the beginning of clip. Speaking of the Proline, I wonder where he went when he took off. I never saw him return.
I don’t think I have ever saw as many trailers float around, as I have seen on your videos! Do they have the trailers welded up on the ends? Or are they just cheap trailers? I don’t understand it lol
If the guy with the proline pulled his plug and drove off. Getting the boat back on the submerged trailer will be the least of his worries 😂. He's going to be swimming with the gators 😂
Yo Dan it would be nice if you could do picture in a picture in your videos and I know that you have 2 cameras because in one of your videos you said so . By having a picture in a picture you wouldn't have to jump to one boat to another . Just put one camera on one active dock and run with it and the other do your thing . By doing that you will be able to capture both shots that you're trying to get on video . Hope you get it up and running I think that it will help boost you video views tenfold and that would be awesome don't you think ?
I found out if you have issues doing it you can always look it up on RUclips and hope it would help show you how to do it . Just a thought and you do know two heads are better than one .
Omg I find myself yelling at the tv. I had a scarab 21' like one back in 2001. 22' 454 ! Fun but too small for lake st clair. I have a 29' sunsation now.
Leave the last foot of your bunks out . If you float the boat on your bunks when you go to pull up your boat may not slide into the bunks right and the boat will be crooked.
Speaking on the last guy with the pontoon. Why can’t people understand that you can use the trailer holding you to your advantage to get yourself straighten up. Backing completely off the trailer when you have it that close to right is just goofy. Figure out which way you need to turn your motor to get it straightened up and run that thing up on there. It’s not near as hard as people make it look
Why did the guy in the silver Tundra not back down the ramp where their boat was tied up? When watching these videos, I often want to jump into the video, get in the truck, and back it in for them!
With an outboard or stern drive, if one practices a bit, they can learn to precisely pull the stern laterally to effectively manuever the boat in reverse.
Can't understand why you have 3 people hooting and hollering from the boat.Let the driver figure where to put the trailer or do it yourself if your an expert 😂😂😂
That a good boat ramp that's on this show I don't know how they stuff up if anybody from this boat ramp came to the ramp I use they probably end up being croc shit hear in FNQ we do have some good ramps here but there to far away so everyone here just use the nearest ramp closest to them and their normally shit ramps no pontoons or jetties just mud and rock's on each side and big crocs in the middle waiting for a snack
What happened to docking your boat at a marina? Is that ancient history? The majority of the people I view on Dan's channel should not be captaining a vessel. Period.

😂😂😂😂 yes ✅
Bozo boat ramp follies....

Thanks my friend
Same here, over 100 times per year.
Me to Joey..
We like your video's! 💯🛥️Watching from Germany. 😄 👏🏻 Only thing we miss on the video's is an outro. 😁
Thanks friend. Much love
To launch here, what's the cost ? Over at Black Point Marina in Florida, the boat launch is $17.00.
ITS FREE! 🔥
Another great video big Dan and never a dull moment there. 😅
Glad you enjoyed it! Great to have you back this week.
Outstanding !! Stay prepared.
I keep my knife on my leg down low.
Cheers !!

Both. Lots are a full weld and they don’t let the water in, just filled with air. Especially the Aluminum trailers
Where did the Pro-Line go ? Great video Dan. Captain Keith
Guess he left

😝😝😝😝🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fantastic episode
Thanks 🫡
Long busy week at work day late but great way to finish off the week. I took my notes and got my what not to do at the ramp for the weekend.😅
You got this! 💪
A perplexing set of events for sure
Ain’t no doubt
A lot of oversteering and excessive throttle out there!
If u look at 10.47 he is on the trailer in back ground
BAM in the kisser!
BAM! In the kisser! Right to the bow into the dock!
😂😂😂
It is mind-blowing😮
“Ya’ll hear that” yuk yuk
😂

Yeah I have that capability. Problem is, the viewing screen gets compressed and cut in half. I’ll try it in an upcoming video and see how it goes.
I found out if you have issues doing it you can always look it up on RUclips and hope it would help show you how to do it . Just a thought and you do know two heads are better than one .
Man I wanted to see that Advance with the 2.5 mercs load up!
14:08 🎉😂
You’ll have to put on a show next time 😂😂
Omg I find myself yelling at the tv. I had a scarab 21' like one back in 2001. 22' 454 ! Fun but too small for lake st clair. I have a 29' sunsation now.

Big Dan, i know you live for the Proline moments.
You are CORRECT! 😝
Looks like a few people drank stupid water, eh? LOL
Heheee
Donde les dan la libreta para manejar
No license

You and I both my friend. Good question
Why is the trailer underwater can’t see a thing 😂
Pontoon was looking good on first try. And then lost it!
I thought the same thing. He was there
Is this common to put your motor in gear and get out of the boat?
I’d say no. I typically only kick mine in gear on the bow stop if someone is winching the boat up.
Reel nice Boat . BigDa
😍
How much are some of these boats worth?
Those contenders are around $300-$600k outfitted. Most of the ones trailering are between 60-$250k
@@TheBigDanShow Thanks. Pretty pricey stuff!
Boats are pricey. Even the ones that seem cheap. Have to really have a passion for the water to get into the boating hobby.😂
When are people going to realize you can’t steer a boat backwards!!! The hull is not designed for that direction of travel!
This ^ 💪💪💪
With an outboard or stern drive, if one practices a bit, they can learn to precisely pull the stern laterally to effectively manuever the boat in reverse.
Doesn’t anybody have rollers on their trailers?and nobody has an electrical winch?
Not down south my friend. I’m not sure if it’s because of the salt water or what
Electrical winch? Never heard of that, is it a new technology?
The one video you had with the Monkey 🐒 that video will be hard to beat lol
Haha I know right!
First one is in to deep. Then you said it. Good afternoon. Roll Tide.
RTR
Ol' skool 2 strokes=torque monsters for that cig boat. Rest of the googans on the vid, I'll stay silent.
😂😂 I heard they’re trying to outlaw them?
@@TheBigDanShowCow farts too.
Could title this “PROLINE PANIC ATTACK”
😂😂
Sometimes you kinda think it isn’t real, like those people are just messing with us.
Then I realize that it’s real life…
Can't understand why you have 3 people hooting and hollering from the boat.Let the driver figure where to put the trailer or do it yourself if your an expert 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Deeper is always better....🙄🙄
Says sheeee 🤪
that guy needs park his boat
Lol
They boat rider are literally putting me to sleep ZZZZZZZZZZZ
😂
👍🤙
We’re it’s happening in India 😂
Docking boats are hard when you are inexperienced...especially when you are dumb.
FACTS! 😝
Also, some of the dockers are coming in because they've emptied the cooler.
You’re gonna get copyrighted for that idling diesel…
Don’t you think you might of taught her before you got to the boat ramp?
Teaching her from the boat isn’t a good idea.
Ma per carità!!!!
Kind of cold for a bikini isn't it?
Can’t wait until it warms up! 😎
I bet his kid could dock the boat better
Lmao

Woooooooh! I need to come film some of that action!
What happened to docking your boat at a marina?
Is that ancient history?
The majority of the people I view on Dan's channel should not be captaining a vessel.
Period.
lol. They want like 5-800 a month at a marina for a dry space
