    Made a reduced white wine cream sauce last night for a chicken dish that I make... I feel the same way about it, I could drink it all on it's own! (I always double the recipe just to lap it up with a piece of bread)
    Will have to try your version, it looks scrumptious

    holy crap, if they really put 2 bottles of wine in this dish, how much does it cost? :o

      he just chose to reduce the two bottles of wine to basically nothing which took an hour and half - you certainly don't need to do that. add 2 cups marsala cooking wine with the mushrooms which are going to release water for a period will have even more liquid in. cook it till liquid reduces by half and would be exactly the same nobody would know the difference
