For everyone wondering about materials - that's PVC grey foam board (according to Google), although I couldn't tell you the thickness he's using. Its sold at home depot, in grey and white options, I checked the website (the white one seems less expensive) .

Enjoyed watching the process. I am a miniatures enthusiast (yes...I make dollhouses from kits). This might be an excellent off-shoot for folks like me. A dollhouse/miniatures enthusiast would have a ball doing the interior design. I see an business of sorts here.

I wish I could afford even a mini version like a 1600-square-foot version of a house like this. I love modern. But would like a 2-3 car garage added completely free-standing off to the side with a nice walkway going to it so I have a workshop/mechanic area for myself as well. Here's to hoping in a few years of saving I have money to buy land to do something like this... Love your channel by the way gives me great ideas!
