    Very quick recipe that the whole family will enjoy. A classic among fried foods.
    A light batter......the important thing is to use cold water from the fridge...I recommend...
    I prepare them and freeze some...then I defrost them and before serving them I heat them in the oven...to make them crunchy....
    in this video I bought some broccoli with the leaves cut, even if I prefer them whole.... I cook them alone, blanch them and then put them back in the pan..... in this case I cut them in the direction of the length to make them thinner, and then I cooked them.........for a kitchen with less waste.....what do you do?....Let me know your comments.....a Soon

    2 medium-large broccoli (to obtain 1 kg of cooked broccoli)
    2 eggs
    400ml sparkling water
    350 g of flour
    1 teaspoon instant yeast for savory cakes
    Salt to taste.
