A bought the dual cooler from makita but much respect a cooler thst works with 3 battery systems very smart push this product as much as you can and take customers from the battery slave masters of these 3 big brands
Also a wise idea would it be compatible with the new Makita xgt platform enought power to leave it in a car for a day and a half these smaller battery's struggle to do so
If it's the same as the meliff like I said in another comment for dewalt it will fit 2 8ah at largest of same battery. It will also fit 1 12ah flexvolt but other battery only 5ah. Other last combination for most runtime is 1 10ah and 1 8ah. Hope this helps
I honestly don’t understand what u r saying. I own dewalt batteries if all sizes etc. Considering the cooler but your comment has me confused. Would love for u to explain 12v for dummies. I’m in construction but electricity is about the only language in don’t speak
@@donotrobme9295 the physical size of the batteries is the issue. It can run off any battery ah size but the battery compartment is too small to fit 2 flexvolts next to each other. It will run off any dewalt 20v and flexvolt batteries. You can put the 15ah flexvolt in it and it will work but you can't close the lid for the battery compartment. Idk if you get what I'm saying now
@@AllThingsCool exactly like it and it says suitable for dewalt. It's gotta be the same. The little chain, the handle and all, all looks the same in a different color. Meliff only makes it for dewalt so this is good for other ppl with other batteries
@@AllThingsCool the front handle to open the lid broke on mine and the bar for the pull handle broke when I had it loaded up and tried to set it down by that. Piece of all thread fixed it tho. My girl has 1 too in her car and all and nothing broken on hers. Women are jus more careful I guess lol. Def one of the best purchases I've ever made. So convenient jus using power tool batteries
@bossmanz28 I agree i used it on a day trip once already and was nice being able to use batteries instead of plugging it in. with my other 12 volt cooler if I don't have a plug available I would carry my power station with me and plug it into that but this set up is way better

Thanks Chuck!!!!!
No problem! This one by far is my favorite cooler now 👍

Image flexvoly XR and all the others for the dewalt line. All 20v with multiple ah

@@bossmanz28 thx. I wonder if the power stack dewalt line works better. I honestly don’t own that line. ( after I claimed I own all the batts)
Out of curiosity, would it work using different battery brands? Say, 1 Makita with 1 Dewalt battery?
What about hf Hercules battery
doesn't list this battery to work with this cooler. If i had one i would try it but no luck
Looks like an exact replica of my meliff one that only takes dewalt batteries. Probably is im sure
does yours use adapters like this one?
