11-11-23 Listening from Southern Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦, 43* N. Another Sam Dann ! Currently, it is - well let’s just say it’s freezing, and with wind at 4 km/hr, it feels even colder. So, it’s time for my soft and warming wool bed socks because my tootsies are cold! Having a nice cup of hot beef tea with a few rosemary-seasoned crackers - yummy! I’m holding out for much colder weather before I get my hot water bottle out ! I prefer sleeping in a cool room of about 64* F. I also keep a lavender filled sachet under my pillow. The warm weather this year provided me with a bumper crop, so I’ve made quite a few up - they make nice Christmas stocking stuffers. I also use just a wee bit of dried lavender flowers in my Shortbread Cookies (they make nice gifts too). Hope everyone sleeps well tonight. Enjoyed the story, and appreciate having them - makes a very nice bedtime routine ! 🙏❤🫠

Thank you! They, the lavender bags, I call them “Sleep Eez’s”, and the cookies with lavender in them. Just use a shortbread, or sugar cookie dough recipe and add 2 tsp.of dried lavender flowers. Happy New Year !@@DianeC429
