These are no the same rules as in the original game 12 years ago, they changed it a bit with the reboot of the series

@@pavelstaravoitau7106 I don’t have experience with bakugan, but my friend showed me this video to get into it. I play other TCGs though, Magic the Gathering, Yugioh, and Pokémon. The best way I’ve found playing with/against people is going to a local card shop and seeing if they have events for the card game you’re playing. You don’t have to be good, just bring a “trading binder” and bet your singles you don’t care about, a fun and rewarding incentive for winning but also a touch of what competitive gameplay stakes feel like if you lose.

Thanks for explaining that the attack power is used for tie-breaking, we were confused about what attack power was used for.
I also saw a green fist core and he said for dragonoid who im doubly sure has a green fist he says and i quote "the core doesnt help"
SO WHATS THE POINT OF THE CORE BONUS IF IT DOESNT HELP?!
The core did not help Dragonoid with B power. First you have to check the B power. If the B power is a tie then yes the green fist core would help Dragonoid win a tie breaker.
@@FuZzionZ explain the cores a little bit more for me real quick.
Lets say i have a dark Ultra Hydra and his base is 500B with a 3 attack. His symbols are 2 helix, i roll him and i hit a helix that says +500B and -1 attack. that means because its a match he gets that effect or. . . . because the video kinda confised me when all you said was "doesnt help"
Yes the hydra will get the bonus from the core. What i was trying to say was that in the Dragonoid scenario the core didn't help because i was comparing B power first and since the core only helped with attack power it did not boost Dragonoids B power. A bakugan will always get the bonuses from the core it picks up. So your Hydra will have 1,000 B power and 2 attack.
Also a Bakugan can pick up any type of core and will still get the core's bonuses no matter what Bakugan or Core it is.

So if the Pegatrix landed on a green fist it would get another 300 B points added to 600? Like it says on the card?
Yes thats correct! Pegatrix would be at 900 B if its holding a green fist.

Do you take the core from the battlefield or does it stay on the grid?

When a battle happens the winning Bakugan stays opened and keeps the baku cores its holding. The losing Bakugan closes and you will put back the baku cores it was holding.

You can but rolling is a big part of Bakugan so I would say try to play on an even flat surface.

Ok I understand everything except for what you do after you land on a bakucore do you put it back or keep whatever bakucores you land on out until the next game?
If you win the brawl your bakugan stays open and keeps the cores it has. If you lose the brawl your bakugan goes into ball form and you return the cores back

anyone an OG bakugan lover i have all the bakugan toys from the Original aka old shows and now all the ones from the newest ones i wish i can battle someone again that would be fun some teenagers these days think it is stupid and boring but nah its amazing Bakugan is still Amazing today and i will never forget about it ever i am 19 years old and i still love bakugan to this day

I had so many bakugans as a child, we even had some arenas and stuff you could play the game on but we never even bothered learning the rules, we just rolled them around.

If you grab a baku core that you don't need do it still add or subtract your B power and stuff
Your Bakugan get all the bonuses the Baku cores give them. You don't get to choose.

In this version of the game, can they fuse ? Or is that an exclusive mechanic for the TCG?
Your Bakugan fuse when they land on a bakucore that has "F" symbol or fusion symbol.

I have a question because I bought the diamond hyper dragonold or noid and one of the cards says Evo and I was wondering is that meant evolution and also if it is then I still don’t get why they didn’t add the other card for it cause I for sure didn’t get that card
I understand these rules, but I wish they'd kept the more turn based style of the original format with ability cards as well. Thank you for the explanation, I feel as if I'm just going to start growing my original bakugan collection though for simplicities sake lol.
You can also check out the Bakugan tcg. Its more advance and in my opinion alot more fun. I have a tutorial on how to play on my channel as well.

I wish i had my dragonoid card and baku-cores since it was a gift from a primary school friend all they gave me is the bakugan itself XD. so i guess all i need to do is maybe try to print out the dragonoid card and maybe even the baku-cores. wish i had gotten them with the bakugan but i guess its fine.

So how do you know what bakugans are compatible with each other to play and collect aren’t there several types and different series?
This tutorial is for the new Bakugan Battle Planet series. The really old Bakugan are no compatible with these new ones. This is a different type of game play compared to the old Bakugan. All the Bakugan from Battle Planet are compatible with each other.

If a bakugan opens on a hex core/gate card but lose the battle, does the losing bakugan keep the gate card/hex core or does the player have to return that hex or gate to the hive if yes does the play have to put it back at the same place or can he/she put it at a diffr place?
The losing Bakugan will return to ball form, the bakucores it had have to be return to the field and can be placed anywhere as long as it touches the other cores on the field
@@FuZzionZ thank you, another question please, i dont play with a 40 card deck, i can have 3 nanogan but i want to use 1 geogan as well, will that geogan take up a spot in my extra deck or can i use all 3 nanogan and 1 geogan?
I'm pretty sure you can have 3 nanogan and 1 Geogan in your team

After the game is finished, how do you remember which Bakucores belongs to each player when you have kind of mixed them on the matrix? I guess you want you own bakucores back? Or at least thats a scenario I could imagine to come up when trying to play with my sons :-)
Mark them possibly or put each on one side. For example, you put ur bakucores on the left side and ur opponent puts theirs on the right side

hear me out, what if you both have the same bakugan with the same b power and attackpower and thye both land on the same coin thta gives them lets say +150 b power. which one will win? or is it really a tie
I just recently learned that the gate cards are "legacy" or something like that. It is so confusing because in some bakugan packs they will still give you a gate card even if they have Baku cores as well. I didn't even know gate cards were a legacy format now. I just liked the gate cards a lot more since they have more surface area to roll a bakugan on. Cores are too tiny in my opinion.
This game is a lot more complicated than I thought thought I'll give them that. It has too many consistency issues though. First and foremost, how do you distinguish who's Baku core is who's? I can easily see one player stealing another player's Baku core of they mix them up while playing on the battlefield. Even bakugans could be confused and you could accidentally take the wrong one home. Last but not least, it's just too clunky. Cards, balls, and cores. Its a total mess. Still, I really would like to play against somebody just because I collect a little bit of them.

Does Baku Cores get put back after the roll or you remove them with your open bakugan?
The baku cores go back to the field if you lose the battle. If you win the battle the baku cores stay with your Bakugan.

Unfortunately this new generation of Bakugan is not compatible with the old Bakugan :/

Your Bakugan can stand on any core. The Helixes on the card are there to tell you that those are the cores that the Bakugan brings to the team but you can stand on any core thats on the field.

What happens when you roll and both open but they collide but only one stayed on the hexes?
As long as they opened because of a core not because of the collision its fine. They both stand but the one that did not land on any cores will just not get any bonuses.
yea but what happens if you got 1 open and 2 closed do u do the closed one again?
When u win a battle your Bakugan stays open. You can't use a Bakugan that is open anymore. You have to use the other two now and try to win with those. Once you win once with each one, you win the game! :)

Yes you play with the Bakugan that are closed until you win once with each one.
I didn't know the rules so I made up my own on a chessboard for strategic movement and a dice for random movement/attacks.

If your Pegatrix is holding a green fist it will get the +300B bonus as well :)

Ok, but, one more question, do we get to keep the bakucores if our bakugan has got one? Or do we just keep them back?
If its during the tie. Yes all the cores go back to the middle
The opp that closes the bakugan because they lost , can they roll it again
The bakugan that won the battle stays opened and can't be used again. The bakugan that lost has to be closed and it can be used for the next battle :)
