Beautiful work as always! Thanks for taking the time to make these videos and for taking the time to reply to comments or even just give them a like. I know it’s not easy being a mum (& a fur baby mum), working, have a life AND trying to fit in doing something you love - then you add RUclips videos, other social media and replying to comments and messages on social media as well, that would make your life pretty darn hectic! It’s all very time consuming. So thanks again for doing what you do and for being so inspiring & sharing it with us 😘
I love yr stuff. Learn so much from you. You don’t mess around and are detailed, I don’t know if it’s me being Canadian myself but find you pretty much one of the leaders in pouring, I aspire to get to yr level soon, I’m getting there not quite but almost
Love the colours, beautiful result. So refreshing to hear you say about not blowing the paint too much too. So often I see beautiful pours being spoiled by blowing them out when they already looked fabulous.
Kanella I also prefer it not blown out sometimes you might have to a little bit but I have always loved like you did this time!!!! I like it where it looks like a petal!!!! Love, love this beautiful piece of art!!!
Kanella, you made my day today when you mentioned how you’re beginning to love your Dutch pours as they are rather than blowing more after the initial design has been done. There have been many times when I heard myself saying ‘don’t blow, it’s perfect as it is!’.... this is a beautiful piece! Congratulations on the success of your gathering last night and on your new job... you’re a true asset! 👏🙏💖
Kanella, this one is absolutely gorgeous. The colours are beautiful. I've ordered a new blow dryer and will be attempting my first Dutch pour later tonight or tomorrow. Wish me luck!
Yet another fabulous pour! Kanella dear girl you do not need to respond to my comments unless it is life or death (of paint). You will burn out if you try to be all things to all people. I love it if I make you smile or grin but will assume my Canadian humour is unflawed and has served it's purpose. Love your videos (from pours to kids to pups) and best of luck with your new job learning curve. Hugs.
Absolutely stunning Kanella, oh when I have some spare time & money I want to start buying paints & canvases each week/fortnight & do this with my daughter 💞🌟💞🌟💞🌟 I love your work & tutorials as you go. Thank you for sharing this gorgeousness 🤗💞🌟
I rarely see anyone talking about wiping off the drips so it’s good you mentioned that. I learned early on to “babysit” my pours for at least 30 min afterward because those drips continue to happen a lot longer than people might think. 👍🏻
Awesome as always Kanella. Love the colors and the way you blew it out. You're good at this technique for sure. So glad you had a great day at your new job. The people you work with seem very nice. Have a good week. Love your painting.
More than awesome. Glad for a great first day of work. Ice cream cake to welcome you was wonderful! Don’t worry about answering back. I know you’re busy.
Congratulations on holding your first workshop! Well done. And on starting your new job! Life's on the up and up, hey? Happy birthday and anniversary too. Gorgeous pour
Wow this is absolutely beautiful. I noticed the same area you did at the spot where you scraped it off. I was glad to see you were able to fix it up. Funny how one thing can literally make or break an art piece.
Please tell people that this is a tutorial in the title of your video! Awesome result and can’t wait to watch this again to try it myself, just not the best for people looking for pretty art only (like me when I’m trying to relax and go to sleep)
hi Karin!!! i am LOVING the apron - thanks again soooo much! Your paintings are dry - i just need to find the time to pack them up and ship them. I will be in touch soon! :)
Kanella congratulations on having such a great day at work. This is a beautiful painting but I think that about all of your works. I think that being born in September has something to do with loving blue so much. I can't get enough of blue lol.
You have such great pointers and tips for all of us aspiring artists! Thank you for your generosity in sharing your expertise with us all! Love your work!!!
It always amazes me how a mismash of color becomes so beautiful with just some puffs of air. Another thing that amazes me is how clean your torch is. You are just about the only RUclipsr that has a clean torch. I know mine isn't.
It's beautiful. I love those colors. There isn't enough time in the say, is there? I watch so many people, I don't know what I'm going to do when I really get back to my crazy quilts. It's hard to write to everyone, I know. And I hate missing any of you. 💖💖💖
Absolutely gorgeous! I also love all blues & purples. I hope to start trying the pours & mixing in October. No time before then :) Thanks for your videos!
Hi Kanella, I did a dutch pour in black with my metal colours (Artist’s Loft Old Gold, Artist’s Loft Copper, and Artist’s Loft Silver), I think it turned out great!! I had a lot of people comment on it😊.
Kanella just love it. The colours such impact. At the weekend I'm going to have another try. Who knows could be acceptable otherwise another piece of could do better for me to hang on the wall. If I don't get a chance on Thursday have a Happy Birthday.
Love it. I wonder if you were to paint 2 small canvases white, put one at each end to catch the run off paint, and create with the run off..might be cool...😊
I love it! Your absolutely right! Leaving it made it look more like flower peddles. Have you seen the small blow guns? They leave a more original blow look. Have a great 2nd day at work.
Kanella, as I watched your live video I was putting resin one several of my pours. And you said with silicone the resin won't work. Found out just as you were letting me know. I dabbled almost all of it off and it's not to bad. Still drying.
Love your content and I live in the GTA I will be emailing you about your next workshop when school is less hectic. I CAN'T WAIT I was wondering if you would ever consider making a video for art supplies/paint storage solutions or ideas?
Hi new here to your page! Love it! Can’t wait to try it. When I do acrylic pours without silicone & use the torch I get too many tiny cells. Not always happy with the outcome. Not sure how to control that? Anyway thanks so much!
thanks Beth and welcome to my channel! :) if you dont like the tiny cells then try not to torch it too much or too close.. it's hard to avoid them sometimes :)
I love it, it’s stunning. It might even force me to rethink my negativity towards Dutch pours. My ears must have deceived me Because I thought you said at the beginning that you were going to do this with black negative space. I cannot get most of the paint brands that you mention here in my hometown but I will try to improvise.
Wow!!😍🥰🥰🥰I love it!! Thank you♥️♥️♥️
That was a stunner! I love everything about it. The long canvass & the beautiful colours you picked. Look forward to your next Dutch Pour.
I found this on Pinterest. So glad I clicked over! This was so relaxing to watch!
oh awesome! Welcome to my channel... I hope you subscribe :)
Love love love the softness of the blooms. You have been a tremendous mentor and inspiration to me. Words cannot express. Thank you soooo much!
thanks so much Joan

Beautiful. Thanks for the drip tip. That helps a lot.

You'll love it, but be warned, it's very addictive!
thank you so much for not blowing all the edges out! It is beautiful
I rarely see anyone talking about wiping off the drips so it’s good you mentioned that. I learned early on to “babysit” my pours for at least 30 min afterward because those drips continue to happen a lot longer than people might think. 👍🏻
Beautiful again !
Awesome as always Kanella. Love the colors and the way you blew it out. You're good at this technique for sure. So glad you had a great day at your new job. The people you work with seem very nice. Have a good week. Love your painting.

Hi Kanella! I loved your workshop and am happy to hear you are enjoying the apron and your new job.

It is gorgeous!! 🦋🦋🦋🦋😍😍😍
Love it so much. Purple and blue are my favourite colours. I'm glad yellow didn't show up :D
Beautiful. Glad you've decided to not blow further... doing that makes the painting look like it has ruffles...
It always amazes me how a mismash of color becomes so beautiful with just some puffs of air. Another thing that amazes me is how clean your torch is. You are just about the only RUclipsr that has a clean torch. I know mine isn't.
hahah thanks Trudy - I like to clean all my the stuff best I can after I finish painting
This one is truly stunning!
Just lovely!
thank you
Love love love this one! All your work is amazing, but this one is extra special imo 😘
It's beautiful. I love those colors. There isn't enough time in the say, is there? I watch so many people, I don't know what I'm going to do when I really get back to my crazy quilts. It's hard to write to everyone, I know. And I hate missing any of you. 💖💖💖
Your job is so beautiful congrats from Brazil.

You’re so good! ❤️❤️❤️
I love it! Your absolutely right! Leaving it made it look more like flower peddles. Have you seen the small blow guns? They leave a more original blow look. Have a great 2nd day at work.

Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Never worry about responding to my comments. You are one busy lady!

Kanella, as I watched your live video I was putting resin one several of my pours. And you said with silicone the resin won't work. Found out just as you were letting me know. I dabbled almost all of it off and it's not to bad. Still drying.
Awesome.love your videos. Another great colour if you can find it is Rose Madder, I think it's Global (but could be wrong)
I know Soho brand, from Jerry's Artarama, has a rose madder color and it's a beautiful color!
Love it.
Love your content and I live in the GTA I will be emailing you about your next workshop when school is less hectic. I CAN'T WAIT
I was wondering if you would ever consider making a video for art supplies/paint storage solutions or ideas?
Explosão de cores.. lindo trabalho, parabéns!
What can I use for a close resin look without using resin ?
Nothing really. You can use gloss varnish but it’s not even close to resin
awesome job pronouncing LoliVefe!!! hahahahah :) You nailed it!!!! xo

thanks Beth and welcome to my channel! :)
if you dont like the tiny cells then try not to torch it too much or too close.. it's hard to avoid them sometimes :)
I so wish I could get paints (colors)like yours in SA😜
Beautiful how long do you wait before you varnish
thanks Sherry - i varnish typically a week after it has fully dried.
I love it, it’s stunning. It might even force me to rethink my negativity towards Dutch pours. My ears must have deceived me Because I thought you said at the beginning that you were going to do this with black negative space. I cannot get most of the paint brands that you mention here in my hometown but I will try to improvise.
thank you - why the negativity towards dutch pours though? No, i never said black negative space :)
Do you have video on how you resin your painting once it dries?
#106 :)
I love Pebeo paints myself.
Are you use Silicon oil for your pour painting.... Please Let me know. Thanks.
hi there - i never ever use silicone in anything I do.. i don't like silicone
