Very good review. Only a user of the vehicle can actually speak about the key location and boot space issues. People planning to buy this scooter would never have thought about these issues. Well thought, concise review.
I'm about to buy SR 150 Race. And I knew the exact issues about the scooter you pointed out. Lol! The real problem is the headlamp and the under seat space. The rest can be managed.

Have tested the speed upto 110
Major drawbacks are suspension, seat size which is small for a pillion rider and headlight which is not bright enough to see potholes if there is no street lights. Have been riding for around a year

I am a Aprilia fanboy and i have this scooter i agree with your points but you missed some points
1.The seat is uncomfortable and stiff
2. Outdated speedometer and lack of information most dispointed thing for me
3. Pillion seat is small
4.lack of kill switch
5. Fuel tank under seat
But overall this is my favourite scooter and most beautiful scooter 🥰
In fact this scooter is more attractive than most sports bikes and also this scooter is meant for sports purpose and not meant for family purpose
i heard that front speedo console plastic quality is worst. is that true??
Perfectly said about front Suspension! Actually same thing I felt about TVS Access 125 2016 model, front suspension does give vibration to hands through out the ride.
Thanks buddy. Stiffer suspension gives good high speed stability. But it ruins the city rides.

Two headlamps can be turned on simultaneously
By putting the high beam& low beam switch in middile position of that switch
For better ride quality at lower speed, try reducing tyre air pressure to 25 30

these are plastic moulded. won't give much a difference. they tried to give a little Italian touch in that.

hey bro i test rode this vehicle but as soon as i start reviving the vehicle a loud hissing and squeaking sound is produce when i asked the dealer he said its the compressor do here the same thing???
No buddy. I am not hearing anything in my scooter and I didnt observe it in any other vehicles which I have seen at showroom. Probably that particular piece will be having some issue.

Bro, getting both lamps of headlight ON is bit tricky, keep the switch lever in between Low and High beams. Try it.
i have only city use access 125 or aprillia sr150 which is better?

which grade engine oil they replace aftr 1st service.. on booklet 5w40.. but showroom people told me dat 10w30 is ok.. is dat ok?

The difference between 10w-30 and 5w-40 oil is the thickness of the oil during cold weather conditions, 5w-40 being the thinner of the two and therefore recommended for colder operational climates. Unless you fall into an extreme cold climate area, this shouldnt make a problem.

I didnt got the USB charger port yet. And I am not finding a good quality helmet to fit inside the under seat space. I will suggest you to buy a DOT certified helmet along with a lock. I am using the same :)

you should mention about Speedo meter. since this is very pricy scooter access 125/ Activa 125 both comes with very good futuristic and well loaded Speedo meter.

I fed up with gear changes in our poth hole / traffic roads with 15 years of driving experience. I am a owner of a 12+ year old Honda Passion+ and a 3 year old Honda Dio. In the suspension point of view, Dio never meets Passion+. Since the possibility of back pain in 10 inch wheel scooters is more, right now i am looking for a scooter or auto gear bike which have atleast 15 / 16 inch wheels with good suspension. Inquired on Honda PCX 150 to a honda showroom straight away and got a reply said that it is not going to hit India. Thought of Aprilia since it is the only way for me, but there is no point if the suspension is hard. Friends, any idea about any other 2 wheeler in India that can full fill my requirement?
#Ramkumar Ka tvs jupiter hav smooth suspension and 12inch wheel... great mileage of 50kmpl and big storage space..1 cylinder can fit in front and better riding capablity..seat is also too soft.....the 1 thng is that u hav to maintain the speed of 60kmph for 4000kms then after 5 to 7 years u bike engine wont make any problem in mileage r vibration..and its also has disc in optical ..take it with blind and feel the jupiter ...shell advance a*7 engine oil is best for that ..will make engine very refiend as wel as smooth......#Ramkumar Ka

Jagtar Singh : Please don't call me sir. I am not doing such great services to be so called sir 😊. Btw it costs 300rs for free service and 600 for paid. And no issues with engine. one can completely rely on. Btw check the new colour variant.

Yes, its a hack. I tried using it for a while and my battery drained off quickly. Better to use only one. Occasional usage doesnt harm.
Haha yes,the keyhole is a real pain in the ass 😅 also, what we did was get the lights wired in such a way that both of them would turn on together 👍

Knee might touch the front plastic. Just take a test ride to get to know that. Otherwise no problem

If that 70km is going to be on a highway, you gonna really enjoy the ride :) . 100% perfect. If the roads are not in good condition on majority of places, better not to depend on SR150.

The low speed vibes and the headlamps are a bummer, the illumination it provides is very poor😑
Adjusting the lamps will provide a bit more visibility. Otherwise as of now , no other alternative found to correct the stock lights.

Thats a good idea. But I am afraid of the battery drain issue. Scooter like these cant hold those LED lights for long.

chitz bhardwaj exactly, and it was never marketed as one of the usual run of the mill economy scooters. It is not geared to be a frugal vehicle. If someone is looking for mileage there are lots of others to choose from. I'm happy they brought out a scooter that is actually made for performance and has stiff suspension and other attributes that go along with it.
