I mean technically it’s not actually top 100 official solves, it’s top 100 official competition PRs. (Top cubers have a bunch of solves below 5 seconds)
Official solves are typically considered only WCA competition solves
He's talking about the top 100 ranked people vs the top 100 results. Top results we'd just be watching a bunch of Tymon and Max since they have the most of the the top results

@@SimplySoloCubing Yea and Max Park, Tymon Kolasinski, and Feliks Zemdegs all have more than just one single solve that was less than 5 seconds, Tymon and Max both have at the very least 3 of them being as how they both had the WR Average tied for quite some time there.
This is more the top 100 fastest solves for each cuber. Not the fastest official 100 solves.

The solves might not be recorded on their own and instead the whole average.
