    Side note: Workshop training schools need to be set up, which can run alongside major competitions. They could run a couple of days before or after comps. They could be aimed at different levels, beginner, intermediate, advanced, parents... It would bring more enjoyment, benefits and interest to the comps and make travelling to them more worthwhile imo. What you think?

      beating max's 5.31

    • @JordanWiens
      @JordanWiens Год назад +1

      @terenceytf666 I disagree -- I also put it at .25 speed and I think he gets a 6.2, not 5.92. Look at the other videos, when you see the hand come vs when the timer stops isn't quite aligned. The 5.92 he didn't have his left hand down all the way plus there's a slight delay so I think it's closer to 6.2. If you average in a 6.2 he ends up with a 5.32 so still not quite winning, but very very close.

      He lost by 0.1 seconds, so I can see why. If I were up there I would be pretty upset too knowing I was so close.

    Who thinks Yi Heng should have won?

      It felt like Max had to win, 2019 Worlds was so sad, I felt so bad for max, Yiheng will surely have his chance next worlds, which I have no doubt in his ability to win

      Tymon could've also won if not for the timer stop. Yiheng's first and last solves were just sad.

    yiheng was supposed to get a resolve for his final solve because everyone was cheering for max even when yiheng started solving. one of the delegates wanted yiheng to have a retry but he didnt

    Do a series where you solve one cube starting from a 1x1 but you add a layer every time
