It's starting to really piss me off that your channel hasn't blown up yet, lmao. You deserve at least 500k. Going to continue liking and engaging with your content because you have no idea how helpful your videos are!
Thanks so much! I’m just stoked for everyone whose here rocking with the channel now! I appreciate the support and am glad you’re enjoying the content!
Seriously. Just found this channel today. Hopefully I'll have a video up with some lighting in the next couple days that I will owe credit to this channel. I've never done anything with me onscreen before.
I literally asked myself why I felt like clicking away from this video when I first started watching it. On paper it has everything. Amazing video quality, lighting, crisp audio, informative content, concise information, etc... AND I REALIZED It's the cadence and tone of voice he chooses to use. He talks like he is chatGPT or some other characterless AI. There just isn't any personality or character in the way he is choosing to present the information. I do think it's a voice he puts on though and not how he talks irl so hopefully he sees this and try's tweaking it because everything else about his videos is spot on.
wow. what a video. woke up at 4am today to catch up on some office work and a great 10 min video on a break. always a fan. liked as always. stay creative peeps!
Hey 👋🏻 I guess I know what the problem of the channel is. It’s slow. The audience nowadays is only into the fast stuff. The best thing I did for this video was to do the 1.25 speed adjustment. Love your videos keep going
It's true, a lot of people are into fast content. I like to film my regular videos at a pace that people can understand but can be sped up if the viewers prefers
LIFX smart bulbs are also flicker free when set to full brightness. Some lower brightness options should also be flicker free, but I haven’t tested that yet. They’re also pretty inexpensive, you can get a pack of two 800 lumen bulbs for $50
Awesome video! I think you talked me into getting a few of the G2 Pocket Lights! Which diffuser do you recommend with those since they don't come with one?
You can check it out on my SOUNDSTRIPE playlist! The song is “Survive” by Daniel King Used code: CREATIVE15 to save 15% if you sign up! app.soundstripe.com/playlists/music/238518
Hi I need your opinion about the Godox LC500R. Have you tried that light? Was about to buy YN360 but then I found this Godox light. Looks to me that the Godox is much more powerful and versatile. Thanks
It probably is! The yn360 is cheaper but it’s older as well and if the lc500r is newer it’s prob more feature packed. Haven’t used it but it looks nice!
Great question! I edit inside of final cut and I make a “keyword collection” put all the video takes and the actual song in it, then hit synchronize clips. That’s pretty much it!
Hi! How does the TL60 compared to the YN360? In term of light output (in CCT or RGB mode) I've tested the LC500R, which is (kind of) 2 times brighter thant the YN360 i RGB mode, but same light output in CCT mode
Any thoughts on which lights you recommend that are wall mounted? Trying to recreate a 3pt system with rim light on ceiling and other two lights on wall in 45 degrees. If you take the stand off the G2, is that a standard 1/4 thread?
Sir the lights you told in your all previous videos are not deliverable in India. As I live in India please recommend me an awesome light which is deliverable in India. Please it's a humble request.
@@benjohnsoncreative You should check it out. It's only $40 and it has most of the same features of lights 2-3 times it's price. It has an app that can turn it into any colour you like, a bunch of different modes, and the best part is the battery life. I bought two of these lights and I tested them out yesterday, one of them lasted 3.5 hours, the other 2h 52m, both of them were outputting at 100% intensity, to me that's absolutely incredible. I used different colours on each light so idk if that is why they have a discrepancy in the time that they lasted. If you do go looking for it, there seems to be different versions, the one I have has a 5000mah battery.

Wow, you just showed up in my home page and I can’t believe you don’t have more subs, your production quality is insane!
Thanks Nathaniel! I appreciate that! I’m just stoked for all of you who are hanging out at the channel 😎
I got the smart bulb based on your recommendation though I kept losing connectivity with the app. it's definitely an upgrade to a regular bulb
Yes it can be a little flake sometimes with the app hit overall works well compared to others!
Thx Ben I somehow figured it out how to changer colors using the app with the bulb in AC mode
You are best in video production 🔥🔥

can pocket lights be used for main lighting in home studio?
May to too harsh, you could try to use it with a diffuser in front to soften it if you want it to be the main key light
Very very valuable.. Thankyou

is there an european alternative for G2 Pocket:?
I'm not sure, there are probably lots of great options
Donc, de cette même manière, si on augmente l'exposition de sa caméra, on peut utiliser la lumière de son téléphone comme lumière clé ?
You could use the light from your phone but it wont give you great results
Bro .. can rgb lights also give normal while light??. If yes then their temperature can be controlled too??
Most of them yes, all the ones on this list can
