So closer, yet so far... So leaving a question here and i'm sure since this is an older post it won't get seen for a while. Anyhow.... I just purchased the mixer a week ago and noticed i didn't have phantom power, and i just received it in the mail. So now the MIC is finally working (this is my first time using external equipment of this type). So the DAW i am using is Audacity and the trouble i am having now is that the mic is SUPER low , almost silent - The mixer is set to the playback device and recording device. I mulled over it and thought what could be wrong and then I observed in your video after the XLR was in use with the Phantom power you also had another wire..... WHICH jack is that exactly and where is it going. I'm assuming its the 3.5mm cord that came with the kit being connected to another port, but i have no idea which. ...Live Broadcast? Headset? i'm a standstill one learning experience after another here and though i'm making headway getting both Clear audio and actual audio with volume recorded into audacity is the key before i start doing recording sample tests. oh about the audio being recorded....the even Weirder thing is - the mic is recognized having audio received in audacity, but the track is showing nothing. I'm using a Mac Book connected via USB C, not the stock cable
@@psusennesbey302 I found that there is 2 ways to monitor the mic audio with this mixer. I was monitoring via the headset port in part of the video. I can also monitor via the front headset port. Just gotta make sure that 48v is on. The amp in the mixer isn’t the best so depending on whether your mic is gain hungry it may come in low.
@ well my problem is actually recording the audio to the track…. Ironically enough..the little zingy audio buttons come in full volume. So is there anyway to adjust or supplement the mic volume here in your opinion? And also checking is there anything going into the pc besides the usb c? Thanks for your response
@ I would suggest trying out a cloud lifter to boost gain if it’s not getting you enough. As for my setup I only had the singular usbc connection going to my pc. No special connections.
@@ElChingonFPV thanks for the question, though I must admit not totally sure I understand it. Are you wanting to run audio from your pc through your stereo speakers or headphones? If either then the answer is yes.
But the only problem i encounter with maono ame2 is that you cannot put 2 dynamic mic cause the mic2 port of maono ame2 is supposed for condencer mic, and the preamp of mic2 port of ame2 is not that good, only the mic1 inout which is the xlr is with the good pre amp. So if you are gonna use 2 dynamic mics with maono ame2, i thunk you encounter this problem too, mic that i used is pd200x,am8,feelworld pm1xs
@@TekToyzGaming what would you recommend bro for me to have used a 2 dynamic mic with maono ame2? Should i go to audio interface (the 2nd mic will be inputing to audio interface going to the mic 2 port of maono ame2?) Or a mixer then i'm gonna route that also going to ame2 mic2 port? Can i achieve a added good gain when i used a mixer or audio interface? Thanks for you suggestion bro. Usually we do a duet together with my wife

Can you customize any of the buttons? Changing "applause" to something else, etc?
Those buttons are static. You only have the 4 custom buttons.
good for dual stream pc setup?
@@joshua8590 yes this device can do that 👍🏽
@@TekToyzGamingcan you make a vid on it? for dual streaming setups
@ I did a demo of a basic setup here Dual PC Streaming Audio Setup With a Mixer | Fifine SC3

@@TekToyzGaming i seen but the fifine didn’t work, but the maono don’t have autotune either :( i might get the m game rgb
@ yea no auto tune on that Maono. Need a fusion of that Maono and fifine

@@StrongTVph you are correct. This preamp here is not that powerful. I do like the ame2 as well. Just good really for 1 mic.
