Thank you so so so much!! I've been working on this for about two months (off and on) and finally finished. I love him so much! Made him rainbow for a friend's rainbow baby ❤❤
I'm watching this video and so happy to realize that I'm SURE I can do this!! I've never understood how to increase and decrease, and you explained it SO WELL. You are a Very good teacher!...and I could actually see what you were doing as you have the camera close enough to see it. I've never made a 3D animal, so I'm excited to try this! It's absolutely adorable, too! Thank you!
I have to say that putting on the other ear, the right one if you are looking at the face, was more challenging, lol. But I got it on. Thanks for the video.
I was showing my mom ideas to make for my baby cousin but then she saw this and said "make that one for me" she really liked it so now I’m gonna surprise her for her birthday. Hopefully I get it done by then 😅
How many skiens of yarn did you use. The beginning of the video that I seen didn't say or I didn't hear it lol just found out today my daughter is having a baby girl and really want to make this for her. First grand baby ❤
She said 1.5 x 100g balls on the comment I made! I know it's late but maybe someone will see these replies first and not have to search the comments for as long 💚
Great tutorial! I've just finished my first leg and I'm looking forward to making more progress. I just wish you mentioned how many skeins you used at the start and how many grams each one was.

Do you have a pattern suggestion for adding a tail?
this elephant has a tail. i’m not sure if you’ve missed that part x
Why do you fold ears? I like them unfolded
That’s just a personal prefernece. if you like it unfolded then you are welcome to make that change. 🥰
Anyone know how big it comes out to be?
Mine came out to be about 18” tall & 12” wide but I think the weight of my yarn was one size higher! But pretty big

you certainly could but your elephant will be tiny. x
