There are different voice ranges for different people, Ariana was probably beyond her range and it’s very hard to achieve Ari’s high notes so-
I recognized her immediately, and then the story goes to the One Love Manchester concert in 2017, where she got supported by Ariana Grande singing her solo. This girl has a big heart, big courage, and BIG potential.

I'm no professional but I sing and I sound good my family says it and my friends so..
Listen to some songs like Jessie j how she sings and maybe do some vocal skills but also try and try you'll get it and maybe even reach for a high note and if your voice crackals it means your not ready.
But still sing your heart out I recommend masterpiece,I don't know my name and stuff like that. Good luck!!
