It enhances the memory power, concentration, calms the mind and opens it towards clear thinking. Physically it improves and deepens the breathing, enables good oxygenation to the brain and hence improves brain functions. It is a good gesture for the students, improves their academic performance. For others, it is a brain tonic and improves mental acuity.

    Dear Sujit , Thanks for a wonderful teaching. I have few queries wrt this mudra as this conflicts with what others teach.
    1.) Few says while inhaling we need to direct our eyes upwards and touch our tongue to upper gums while inhaling and let tongue fall back while exhaling.
    2.) Do we need to put pressure when we join all fingers together or just need to join lightly without putting any pressure.

    I have done Hakini Mudra twice for 20min since yesterday. I am missing LFH index and middle fingers.... So I tried different variations and feel normal is best and imagine the fingers. Any suggestions? I am excited and will continue 20min twice a day. NAM MYOHO RENGE KYO

    Sir I am 72 years.lady i have some quaries if you help me, also i am your subscribet.1 - inthe morning how many mudras can i do, 2 how long one mudra i have to do ,3 suould i have to do always with two hands and 4 after one mudra ,next mudra can i start immediatly?

    I usually start attending lecture at 8 am so should i do it before that or do it at morning with my yoga ?

    hello sir, thank you for the video. do we have to apply pressure at the spot where the fingers meet or allow them to just touch? do we have to close yes for more benefit from mudra? does it have to be kept on thigh for more benefit? and do we have to do with both hands? thank you

    If we do Hakini Mudra regularly for three to four hours every day continuously..., is it will show any effect in the body or mind ..

    Have my exams tom sir... Very tensed, I forget whatever I study... n I work very hard... I can't retain anything...😔😔

    AHAHAHAAHHA...We really need to study before exam...if not...on exam day we really cannot recall even tho we do hakini mudra..

    This mudra should be done on empty stomach and also any time during the day it can be performed.

      I have watched many videos and they said all the mudras should be practised 45 min. You can break the time like 15 min 3 times a day.

    Sir I am felling this year distract sounds when they are speaking ,I am giving my concentrate to there. So that's why sir can hakini mudra get rid of these to gain concentrate on studies
