    woooowwww!! TY for another upload!
I learned today that if i am cutting a mango, maybe I need to consider having a textured cutting board or keeping some peel on to handle it by. Those mangoes were flying!
So, what becoming cold does to food is stop the aromatics, which make up about half of the stimulant, from getting to your nose and back of your taste buds, but it does normally make stuff taste sweeter (The most popular example of this is the coke vs pepsi+hot vs cold experiment) and it also will not stick to your tongue as easy unless there is a fat to make it stick, therefore have more of a chance to be tasted at all.
This trick goes all the way back to when people would make whip cream fresh, and if you do this will fresh whip cream it will have a much more ice cream like feel. The reason it doesn't work as well when it's the can whip is that the can whip contains much much more air and water and much less cream content, so the texture can't be smooth bc too much water and air making a jagged texture, and there is not enough fat to stick the sugar to your tongue to allow it to register as a taste.
If you come across some heavy cream (IDK what your home calls the fullest fat version of milk but most stores here label it "Whipping Cream") on sale, and you already have powdered sugar then you should try this again bc you will be able to make it! U could add vanilla extract if you want bc ill bet the store bough one had it, but it is not required.

I hope you enjoyed it 😊! They went everywhere haha! I think that’s a wise choice to consider.
I didn’t know that and I don’t know about the experiment, but it’s interesting to know!
That makes sense about the whipped cream. It is less creamy than fresh whipped cream and indeed much fluffier.
Where I live, heavy cream is also considered whipped cream with the highest percentage of fat. Thank you for the tip! It sounds tasty, maybe I should try it

I never put kitchen paper in the microwave I always fear it will start burning xD
I tho put bacon on a plate once in microwave and the plate burned and broke....

if it makes you feel better, I was raised by an old lady who cooked nearly all bacon in the microwave. She was born in '47 and to her this was the most "fat reducing" way to eat bacon LOL. No fires ever happened, but i still think its funny to be concerned about trying to get the fat out of bacon (Maybe just don't serve the bacon then Nana? but I guess not)

I never thought about it, but I don’t think kitchen paper can burn in the microwave! Oh no, that’s too bad 😢, but was your bacon successful in the end?
