      Oh I know. I used to travel a lot for work. Usually the only time I'd manage to get breakfast is if I had a reasonable flight departure where I was leaving the hotel at 6 AM. On vacation, I get up at 9 and turns out breakfast stopped at 8:30 or something.

    Totally relate to the lamp (can never find the damn switch!), the shower (usually freezing) and the super slow wifi - so true! Just missed the sound of traffic that goes on til like midnight and then starts up again at about 5am, so you never get a proper sleep. And either the room is freezing with no way of heating it, or it's boiling and no way of cooling it, so you have to open the window - to, of course, all-night traffic noise!! Also - missing toothpaste/soap - why does a hotel almost never have toothpaste?!!

    • @sanjaymatsuda4504
      @sanjaymatsuda4504 5 лет назад +4

      Some people can be sensitive or outright allergic to some of the ingredients of some toothpastes. And some people don't even use toothpaste (most of the health benefits are owed to the brushing). Accomodating everyone in that regard would have too high a cost for such a tiny benefit.
