Thanks for this! I’m always hesitant watching a new RUclipsr regarding keyboards cause there is a wide spectrum of keyboard creators, some extremely specific and some who just say “thock” constantly. I really dig your style & points you focused on. I actually am considering the barebones, because i prefer my own caps and switches. But your points did intrigue me. Someone mentioned the front height felt high, did you notice this? Really the big things for me are the knob is more tasteful than the qk75 knob imo, and I don’t mind that it’s a force black color on the cream model, plus it is in stock. I will likely cut the bottom gasket off the plate by the space bar as a few creators have suggested. I would consider the QK75 but it seems to be selling for 250+ (which isn’t drastically more but I can’t find the color I’d want for sale right now)
While I prefer the qk75, especially the new one, this one is definitely nice!! The front height is definitely a bit on the higher side but it can be easily adapted to- I typically use a wrist rest for a bit and then remove it after a week or so. This allows me to float my wrists naturally even with boards that have high front heights!

2:38 What 75% barebones kits would you recommend over the luminkey75 barebones?
If you don’t mind foam, the mkc75 or the qk75 are the first that come to mind!
Waiting for neo65 review 😶

PVD is overrated. the moment you get a finger print on it, its over
