FunCom really needs to add a few of those metal bar fences / doors to make those tiger cages. putting those big purrin kitties behind your wooden fence just looks lame.

The lion looks kinda weird
That's cause it's a young male. As they mature their manes get bigger and thicker in real, don't think it works that way in Conan Exiles, but would be cool if it did as they leveled up. Cheers! =)

This may seem weird to mention. But I always feel kind of odded out, or at least fascinated how in some games or books where to put animals in habitats that should normally not suit them. Like why are there tigers and bears living in this desert? Or even the crocodiles. Lions, Elephants, and Gazelle I can somewhat reason for them occasionally making through there

These things are for sure not always realistic, but I'm wondering where you find bears in the desert? They can usually only be found in the Highlands/Tundra. Maybe I simply can't recall.

No, there are only Pict versions of the Green, Blue, Red and Purple ones (all look the same color-wise but have the base stats/size of the respective normal versions).
Wait, so the turan elephant and rhinos skins makes your greater elephant and your greater rhinos worst?
Seems so, I definitely wouldn't recommend using the greater ones for the skins - unless you have them in abundance. :)

Question, I bought an eagle shoulder pet at the merchant. It goes right on your characters shoulder, very cute. I can't seem to remove it. Not listed in my accessories. Would you happen to know how?
This is a pet that doesn't exist in the official game, neither base game, nor DLCs. I guess it must be something from a mod on the server you play - I wouldn't know which one, so unfortunately can't be more helpful here.

Hey, that's odd, just tested with a few camels as well and it seems they only come out without bags now. Not sure when that changed. Looks to me like a bug as the camel still has the extra carry-capacity and removing the bags makes no sense. I'll poke Funcom about it.

The elephant family come with 30 slots anyway?
Hi there. That's really odd, it was only the Turanian Caravan Elephant that had a 30 slot bonus. I just checked and you are right, all of a sudden all Elephants/Mammoth have 30 slots. The Rhinos seems still correct though, only the Turanian Caravan Rhino has 30 slots, no other from the pet family. I wonder if it's a bug? Interesting find!
@@Pixelcave It would be good if the caravan feature gave them a flat increase, then that would give caravan elephants a use too, other than aesthetics. A +10 for example
I've been playing for around 4 months, so maybe elephants did have 20 before that? 🤔
That's possible and yes, agreed, would be nice to give them the bonus to stand out and have a specific use. Also weird to treat the Rhino family differently, makes zero sense. Oh well.. one of many unexplained inconsistencies/sneak changes. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention!

Great video mate! For some reason all the animals are with elongated necks and shorter legs. I do not like most of them. Somebody should make a mod that replaces all of the "real" animals with more realistic ones.
Don't forget that world of Conan is supposed to be prehistorical age of alternative universe... one could explain their appereance as a form of evolution xD
I was looking for animals tamed/converted by Animal Pen Level 1/2/3.
That's an interesting idea, we'll keep it in mind.

Yes, these are all official pets from the base game plus a few DLCs, available on all platforms.
What would be the best pve pet looks like black yeti has good stats
White tiggers seem to do it for me
Still inferior to a thrall with good gear though
My friend lost a white tigger today fighting the scorpion queen when it had arround 1/5 hp left. They are kind of squishy, so I wouldnt recomend making them tank a whole bossfight.
Best pve pets for anything but undead is still sand reaper queen
Maxed out Sabertooth can handle most all bosses with just a little help
Sabretooth is best. Wolves and bears are ok too

Currently only horses and rhinos can be mounts.

@@Pixelcave oh he went on a war path, he killed like 30 relic hunters, and he was fighting like 7 at a time 😭😭 he went out how I always thought I would lose him though so I can’t complain.

You mean the Salamander? No, not for now.
Can you get a snake egg ?
No, unfortunately not. But you never know what they'll add in the future.
What tames can you ride
You can ride all the Horses and if you buy the Isle of Siptah expansion, Rhinos (which can also be used in the Exiled Lands, as long as you own the expansion).
@@Pixelcave ahh I see thx I was curious since I'm an ark player and I'm new to this and when I learned you can tame stuff I was curious if I could ride tigers or lions or the other big creatures
No worries, this will be quite a change from Ark, mount-wise at least. I believe they want to keep it a little bit more realistic, but since we just got rhinos, who knows what's next! Hope you'll enjoy it and have a great time in Conan Exiles!

U get 2 to 3 cubs for sure in the small island above sepermeru at the lake areas beside the sand reaper

the dlcs ones... its just skins or its a pay to win ...
Just skins, no advantage other than that you can turn your regular elephants or rhinos into some with extra carry-capacity - but I wouldn't call that pay-to-win.
