I adore this song. Dance is a wonderful album. Probably my second favorite of Gary's work. I, Assassin is also criminally underrated
Possibly one of the deepest and most melodic tracks of Gary's entire music mix/track's. Played this many a time with my headphones on laying on my sun lounger in garden staring at the clouds n thinking!!!! Thanks for this kinda music gary, so rewarding.. ( ", )

Another of Gary Numans hidden classics from a highly underrated album. Well remixed this should be released by Beggars Banquet as an album.

it was 1985; i came across this from my roommate in Montreal, it just set a mood just like Blade Runner ...
Montréal is a cool city. People like your roomate are one of the reasons why ;-). Too bad Gary passed up touring Savage there. Not sure why but "why cry now". The Splinter concert at Café Campus a few years back was at capacity.

Wonderful piece. The beautiful arpeggio was the reason I bought a Roland Jupiter 4 (JP4) back in ‘89. I love this album and I love these extended versions!! Thanks for posting. Brings back memories.

First heard this at his farewell concert in 1981, blew me away then and still does today. It just stay with you on so many different levels. Love this mix, 20 minutes of this sublime song. Thank you.

Gary was vey sick when he wrote this. His chemistry made it possible for him to sense rhythm and tones like never before. Later when he got better the ability disappeared.

Best listened to in a quiet room with all of the lights shut off. Misunderstood at the time, this album seems all the better now. Hot off the heels of the reissue on purple vinyl, will he decide to play some of these songs live again? Would love to hear the slow and heavy-sounding "Moral".

you did a good job... the effect is like back-to-back sunsets, each a bit different, both tugging at those inner strings. unlike many numan fans i've probably heard less than half his tracks, but this vid makes me want to binge-listen.
