The 'strange thing with the yellow wires' remove and throw away - non factory part. You'll see in your owners manual that the small 'washer bottle' is for the special intensive cleaning fluid (anti-silicon) and the pump is operated by the small toggle switch near the speedo/clock area with the washer icon on it. Show me a single clip/screw/nut/part on a 964 and I'll tell you where it goes or came from ;)
The strange thing underneath the wheel arch is a small compressor for aftermarket horns. Nothing original, remove it. For the other reservoir the correct answer has been given: intensive cleaning. The car has been possibly damaged as far as I could see: paint over the wiper reservoir + the sticker with the vin and options is not present under the front hood, meaning it may have been resprayed or changed possibly after an accident
The compress has been removed ✌️ And yes it definitely has been repainted 🥴 as for the sticker, it is still there, but in the wrong place, so yeah, also repainted… good thing it was sold to me as if it had « original paint »!!!

Froen mech just wat se pompelt, an wouhinn, well se war nët ugeschloss, an déi zwee giel Kabelen sinn 2x op Mass gaagen... deck komesch! Bon hunn et elo einfach emol erausgehait!
