I think it's incredible that they got June Foray to play Rocky again! And that she's still incredibly active in voice acting!

Don't get me wrong, I assume you are, in fact, writing a script, but that doesn't guarantee that your script will eventually be chosen for the film. Someone could beat you to it.
It was not a crappy recording!! And i'm sure nobody can beat me to it at all! And besides Nobody never saw how Rocky and Bullwinkle met.
Rocky and Bullwinkle never recognized Boris and Natasha, or called them by name, except in the bits between adventures such as the Fan Club. Having Rocky talk like that to Natasha is jarring. He might say "That voice! Where have I heard that voice?" - but that's all.
Rocky also said those two look familer and have we met before and haven't i see your face some where.
Bullwinkle said their names in the court scene in The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle movie.

As a hardcore R&B fan I have 3 things to say. (re-watching the dvds now)
1. WAY too Loony Toons cartoony with all the slapstick. The original was all about clever verbal play. (and making fun of everybody)
2. Only 2 jokes made me laugh like the original: Fearless Leader's rumpus room and Boris's Parachute.
3. I hate to say it, but they need to stop using June Foray for Rocky (I LOVE all her work in the original) She just sounds old now.... At least they did good for Bullwinkle and Boris in the Voice department.
It's okay. Better than the crappy movie but is NO replacement for the original.

I'm kind of the same, actually liked George of the Jungle better- my MOM was the hardcore R&B fan, but I think the major problem I had was Rocky knowing who Boris and Natasha were-
Wasn't that the gag that the moose and squirrel were being hunted down by the same two people and yet never knew their names, or registered anything beyond "Where have I heard that voice before?"?
Also, the rumpus room was hilarious. XD I love F.L.'s face in it.
YES! That was the running gag for the whole show! They NEVER knew who was after them in the story arcs BUT they did know who Boris and Natasha were in the side stories (Mr. Know-it-all and the like) but in those instances, they all knew each other like a bunch of actors off the set.

XD I always thought those segments were sort of a fourth wall defying "Green room" of sorts. You know, like they were still SORT of the same characters, but they were not bound by their story rules.
Also, I have a theory that June Foray is surviving entirely on the pure awesome she's accumulated in her life. :)

Sorry to hear you say that Harrison Littrell. I hope DreamWorks Animation can release all of their short films on DVD and Blu-ray Including the Rocky and Bullwinkle Short. Just like Disney who released some of their short films on DVD and Blu-ray as well.

That's June Foray who voiced Rocky for the final time. She then retired and died in July 2017 at age 99. So with Tara Strong voicing the character that would be perfect for a new feature film with her as Rocky and Tom Kenny or Brad Norman as Bullwinkle.

Well vincent Graham it's only a 9 minute short. But don't worry I Jon Meyer have a plan to bring Rocky and Bullwinkle back to the big screen in a new feature film for the near future. And I got the perfect story for this movie.

Well when they wrote the script for this short they wanted Rocky to know their names. And he only mentioned Boris's name once in the Weather Lady story arc. And Bullwinkle mentioned their names in court from the 2000 film.

Me too. The plot of Bullwinkle marrying a female moose which is a robot controlled by Boris is actually a funny and cool plot. It is a wonderful plot for a 9 minute short film.

I love this short with Rocky and Bullwinkle. It's just too bad it was not shown in theaters with Mr. Peabody & Sherman. I really hated the Almost Home short that took it's place. And we all could've gotten a new feature film with Rocky and Bullwinkle but i do not think that will ever happen.

Wanna know something funny? When I was little I named my ginger tabby cat Bullwinkle, she was so nice. But my brother got a black cat and named her Rocky, Bullwinkle and rocky were siblings. I find it a coincidence bc I never seen this show or even the old show. Also my mom said I never watched this show as a kid either, so how did I come up with the name Bullwinkle? I have no idea. Bullwinkle ran away when I was like 4 and rocky got fed poison by a old lady. I miss both cats.

Well because DreamWorks Animation lost a whole lot of money for Turbo's box office failure and they took millions of dollars for the production of the Rocky and Bullwinkle short. So they showed Almost Home with Peabody and Sherman.
