I love kale. So far the best kale salad is the massaged kale salad with avocado, lemon juice and nutritional yeas (and I ass raisted seasme seeds). But I will try your salad too!
The first time I ever had kale was in a soup! It was actually Olive Garden's zuppa tuscana that they have. I remember eating it and going, "Hmm! What was that?? That was so good!" It was this crunchy, leafy, curly green, and I was so intrigued by what it was. I found out later when my dad made an imitation recipe of the zuppa tuscana that it was kale and from then on, kale was my best friend! I actually just bought some today for a salad! Can't wait to try out some of these recipes!

Your kale salad recipe was DELICIOUS!!😋😋!! Just made it with quinoa instead of wild rice. And this is nice with sliced toast and butter (vegan). I was doubtful with the fruit along with the other ingredients required but they all were palatable together. Will make this over and over again. Thanks.
The soba noodles one, I make it very similar just add a bit of lime juice at the end, hate coriander so use parsley and eat it with a cooked chicken breast. Sooooo delicious
So inspireing over here in the Netherlands kale is a winter veggie. Ik like to maken it like this 1kg of kale, 750/800 grams flowery patatoes. 1 cube of broth. 1 smoked sauges 1/2 aan cup of bacon cubes . Start bij cooking the kale in some water and in 'n other pot the patatoes in the broth until soft both aprox. 20 mins. Poch the sauges and bake the bacon. Drain the veggies safe the cooking water. Mash the patatoes and mix in the kale. Season to taste. Add the bacon and slice the sauges. Serve whit gravy made from the bacon fat and the saved cooking water. You could Add some Hot sauce while mashing.

At first, I was a little "iffy" about making a Kale salad. I thought the taste would be bland. However, I must say that the salad was good. It was so delicious and nutritious. Wow, I would have never thought it would be sooo tasty. I used honey instead of agave. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing this recipe!! This girl is giving a you a "Kale Yeah" LoL
