Great video guys Greek food is incredible indeed. Btw it's soutzoukakia for the Greek meatballs(which have cumin in them)...however there's also keftedakia Greek meatballs which have fresh mint and garlic served fried with chips or in a tomato sauce with spaghetti etc... 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷💙💙💙
Next time you'll have Greek coffee, don't stir! If you need to stir no matter what, you need to let it "rest" for at least 10 minutes if not more so the coffee grounds settle on the bottom.
Noooo! You don't stir the hot greek coffee after you pour it into the cup! Cause you want the coffee grounds to stay at the bottom of the cup! Otherwise your mouth will be filled with coffee grounds, which is not really pleasant :P

Hi, as Greek would like to explain few things. We don't drink Greek coffee with milk, but if like milk stir gently and wait a minute as too let the coffee to rest. Bougatsa s a type of pastry, so it's not a phyllo pastry. You tried the cream(custard) one but you can find with feta, spinach, meat etc English breakfast: you can't find black pudding, potato scones and hash browns in Greece. Greek food is influnced by Turkey as we was occupied by Ottoman empire 400+ years. If you go to Ionian islands you can find Italian influeced food. Ooooh yes, we love bread, try it with Greek salad. This is the reason of olive oil at bottom of the plate :) Thanks for this video
I would love you to try other foods from Greece other than the guros and Souvlakia... Something like meatball soup, or Gemista, Papoutsakia, stuffed zucchini, dolmadakia and so many othe foods

We don't dip the bread in the plate of tzatziki, we put a portion of tzatziki in our own plate, that's why they serve it with a spoon 😬😄
