4 strokes could never... I really wish the manufacturers and industry weren't so effected by supercross/motocross. There's nothing wrong with 2 strokes. Wish more companies would update them (YAMAHA)

Its the AMA. A 250 two stroke should be allowed in the 250 class and anything above 250cc should be required to race 450, not exceeding 450ccs. Plain and simple. If the AMA changed this rule, we would see more 2 strokes 100%

They did in 2022 but it was more of a revision, still has 1999 engines.
