I saw these guys last August and Jacoby had the flu. He came out on stage and said What the fuck is up Salt Lake!!!! I've got the fuckin flu so If I puke and shit myself don't worry about it. The show must go on! I was like oh shit he's sick but I tell you what it gives me chills writing this he sounded fucking awesome. The whole band did. The put a great show on and I can't wait to see em again. I love how much engergy they have.
Does this crowd realize they are watching one of the most energetic vocalists of his generation? I don't know what they were there to see, but powerful music usually should get through...

People don't realize this was an un-released song at this time. Metamorphosis was pushed back from August 08 to March 24 2009. Not many if any body in the crowd had heard this song yet unless they were at other stops on their 08 touring.

The last few good years of rock music before MTV stopped airing on Feb 2010 and rock music suddenly went to shit with acts like Imagine Dragons/Arctic Monkeys, etc. Can’t believe I was there to witness this transformation and I’m not even 30. So much heart and soul unlike those monotone lo-gi indie bands.
Wish we could’ve been there to make it go wild in that crowd. Always have loved Papa Roach. The messages, the substances and touching on many things that we all deal with or know of. One of our all time favorite bands.
