Run game scheme is wack
Apparently Walker was mad at Demarco and said some shit and that’s why he was out? “In house suspension?” Only other thing I can think of is grades. Guy makes a difference. Might not be the fastest but he makes a difference.
You all need to FIGURE OUT WHO YOUR BACK IS. It's week 7, for God's sake. And quit running cute plays..run the damn ball, throw the damn ball. Today was embarrassing
Walker was suspended, Sawchuck has been injured on and off this season, Barnes is injured …. That’s a huge issue
@kylerekberg626 oh absolutely, but they had problems before that after using 3 different backs. So it's either the o line, or the backs, or both.
What’s sad is we probably spent the bye focusing on the run game.
Without a run game there’s not much we can do. Lebby deserves some credit. Passing starts with being able to run the damn ball. His play calling is frustrating at times but he’s still making due in the absence of a productive run game. Hopefully we can get healthier in the RB spot down the stretch. Walker helps idk why he doesn’t get as many touches or why he was on in house suspension. I’m sure we’ll get some answers this week.
Edit after KU game: Okay maybe it’s time to look elsewhere for an OC. I’m done. Dudes gotta go. Swear his play calling today took 3 years off my life.

@@rodneycrow5729 Also to add to Evan's comment, there is a solid deal of misfortune that Barnes has not been able to progress from his injury and surgery late spring, Sawchuk is just now starting to be close to 100% after battling injury from late summer to now, and then add that Tawee was suspended against UCF. Marcus Majors isn't even 100% with a banged up shoulder.
In summary, we haven't had any our top 4 RBs healthy and available all season. We desperately need Tawee back while Sawchuk and Majors fill in for reps.
@@rodneycrow5729 not sure if it’s rumor mill or not but apparently DeMarco and Walker got into it and that is was why he was on in house suspension idk. I share your frustrations.

UCF just got their first string QB back. They are not a weak team. Other than kansas, all of their losses were within a score, 3 of those 4 losses were with a back up QB. This near loss is not nearly as embarrassing as it looks. Texas almost blew a decent lead against Houston, who is a worse team. THAT is embarrassing.
I can’t speak for no one else, but hearing Lebby saying he need to pit these guys in better positions to succeed is wearing thin with me. It’s to stop saying what you got to do, and just do it damn it.

This game was sloppy with penalties, bad kicking game, inability to run the ball when needed and some busts that cost us 3 big plays if I recall. Its nearly impossible to watch all the games but ok.

Just win baby !!! IF .... LT, RG and RT play better. Things will work better. No excuse for Lebby and the inability to many times last 2 years to not scheme when defense drops 7 and 8. Gotta be something besides a pass behind the line of scrimmage. Its defensive thinking on offense.

Can someone please explain to me how these College stats work on Wide Receivers because it just does not make sense how Nic Anderson is not getting more pub?! Dude has 16 catches and 8 TDs already! Plus he is averaging 24.2 per catch. But when you look at his ranking on espn, he is at # 121. WTF. Dude is STAR in the making get him the ball more damn...

The penalties, busts, piss poor kicking game and lack of a running game should have cost us this game. We did not deserve to win this today, looked flat. The offensive line better get their heads out of their a$$es and figure out how to handle basic run blocking or we are going to have a bad day at KU.
