Winter is definitely a professor already in Flo's school and teaching: '1301 Basics of "Proper Meta" ', '1302 Intermediary Studies of "Proper Meta" '. Which are the course you take to learn what the plebs that "just want to play the actual game" do so you can learn Flo's Junior and Senior level courses of Science and wreck them.
