I was at their concert in Birmingham, AL when they came on stage and announced that Glenn Payne had died earlier that day. George said they had all had a good cry earlier, but Glenn would have wanted the show to go on so they would do the best they could without him. As always they were great.
Can't get no better than this style music. Been hearing this kind of music for over 65 years and hoping for at least forty more before moving to the Grand Theatre of Eternity. Praise Jesus.

I saw this group 55 years ago 2x and they are Blessed!! Such wonderful voices and now some are singing in heaven.

My mama and I use to watch the Cathedrals and she would tell me which ones that had gone on and it amazed me how much she knew about them and we would both have tears in our eyes watching them sing
I think the cathedral quartet is one of the greatest gospel groups but but you should listen to them and love their songs

Ernie Haas could be an Elvis impersonator. Think my grandparents used to listen to these guys. They had quite the collection of Homecoming VHS tapes. When they passed my mom inherited them. My mom passed unexpectedly 6 months ago and I’m really missing the music she used to play. Her mom, herself along with me could play piano by ear. I’ve been really trying to improve lately and have gotten discouraged because it just doesn’t sound even close.

I try to listen to them everyday, but sadly Lucifer is ripping me apart day by day. I was blessed with a million and a half dollars from a motorcycle accident 2016. I gave it all away to the streets of Tucson, and the attacks from Lucifer have been unreal, I have been on his mind everyday. I still can say with what little life I have left,If I could do it again knowing I'd be attacked so bad I would still help everybody that God has put across my path. God blessed a lot of people thru me, and it was never about me,I get ridiculed daily from family and so called friends for giving it all away, it's taking its toll on me. they never understood that it was God's money not mine.Street preacher Dominic no where Arizona. I try to emulate George and Glenn walk thru life.

It might be because when this video was made in 95 Kirk was on top of the gospel music world and they saved the most popular singer for last possibly. I’ve always wondered why he was on stage after Danny too so not really sure

Ernie Haase is the best tenor singer in the world!❤
I love these guys, but as far as tenors are concerned, I think Ernie is the best one that they had out of all of the tenors and this is probably gonna be an unpopular opinion and I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but this is just how I feel Bobby Clark Was one of the strangest excuse me the strangest choice that they made for a tenner because he stuck out like a sore thumb vocally because of his operatic trading and that didn’t really do them many favors when they sang group numbers this is just how I feel and yes I’m a Christian but I am also Very sensitive when it comes to picking out certain things because I have a very sensitive ear. oh, and I meant to say training, sorry please forgive the dictation mistakes. This isn’t a spelling bee.
