His gestures were very disrespectful and clearly meant to distract his opponent. It is clear she was distracted by his unsportsmanlike behavior and she should stop the clock (according to the FIDE Rules of chess) and complain to the Tournament Director. If he continues this behavior than the TD can forfeit him in accordance with FIDE rules. Her queen didn't leave bank rank too early , it was middle game at that point and connecting rooks has to be done , ...Rd8 is a mistake as it hits the head of whites Q- side pawn chain with no pawn on her c file to open it up . ....Qb3 was just bad . Her only chance was doubling rooks on f file bringing her queen back then create Alekhines gun , king h7 then just push KNP just risk a full on k-side attack pushing her pawns . Not saying woulda worked but that's the only attack she had .

He clearly thinks he's funnier than he actually is. Certainly he's a superb player with a bright future, but it will come with salty servings of humble pie.
