    From personal experience, though they sound similar in the vid, on highway and between 1500-2000 drone is pretty bad with straight pipe, but the MAPerformance resonator takes that away very effectively

    Growing up I always wanted quad tips on a car because it looks cool, but having learned about pressure/sound/etc and messing with my own car, single exit ftw. Best for concentrating everything into that one point. From what I've seen that's what's best for maximizing pressure, burbly growl noises, and flames (if applicable)

      back pressure = myth

    • @Shromp-sh7lh
      @Shromp-sh7lh Год назад

      @ytsucksbruh5129 not even that, just that all the exhaust tone coming from one outlet as opposed to 3 or 4 is gonna make that tone more concentrated at least from a single header motor

    The MAP exhaust sound almost stock volume wise but it is perfect for a car with crazy noise laws like California. I would not pay $800 for a 205 hp car though. Might as well let the stock. There are plenty cat-backs for the Honda Civic SI that sound better than this. And the so-called "straight pipes" sound like crap.
