It would be nice if they updated the strength training feature to manually adjust weighs and reps.
Agreed. I think it would be more functional in the COROS app rather than the watch but still would be nice. And for it to factor in the strength + effort into their recovery metrics. A heavy lift day does nothing to affect/extend my recovery time.
Any ideas if/when Coros might add live tracking? Thanks for the update on the update!

Thanks for the review! For clarity, we have updated recent communications to call these "Feature Updates" - otherwise known as software updates. Trying to use a bit more consumer-friendly language as software/firmware/hardware may seem a big intimidating. Look forward to hearing and learning more from you in the future! - Darian from COROS
