They charge Rs.2,500 for responding to emails and they don't even help much. They will just write 3 emails and give you. They don't even speak on phone, just emails. If you want more help then they ask for more money.

My father is a salaried person. A lawyer files his ITR, This financial year my father paid around 50k by TDS. But the ITR was filed only for 10k. This amount was credited in account few days ago. When I asked the lawyer if there is a chance to increase ITR. He told me that another ITR of 30k will be refunded in the month of September. I am worried if this is possible or not.

ITR filed status showing , its been 2 months still not received
My 2021-2022 refund was failed, then I raised reissue request which one showing as approved but no refund recieved yet. 2022-2023 return recieved within 2 month but old one is still not issued. Customer care is saying they can tell what is the issue and when you will get that? Is there any way to get actual status of that and to understand what's going wrong there?

This year the ITR processing time is extremely fast. And one thing to note, I've seen with all my clients that as soon as the ITR is processed the refund has been credited to account almost instantly. This has been the case for multiple clients filing ITR 1-4. For instance, I have client whose ITR was processed and refund credited in 2 days. I filed ITR 4 on July 17 & he got the refund on 20th morning.

To be honest this is first time i experienced tooo much quick service fro any govt sector..i got my refund in 10 days post verification
you should make a video exposing the govt, as they mentioned once the new portal is there, the refund will come in a day or two, and they paid a hefty amount to Infosys to build the new tax portal. But the story is still the same, refund takes it own time.
