from learning from this video me jarur kuch na kuch banaunga once i get the enough capital which i would get in 2-3 years as gets the good placement in 2026(bcoz NIT it is), the idea is also is in my mind the plan is there but need to be robust then will start execution from the 2029.
I've a decade of FMCG experience and one thing i would suggest to improve is packaging . shelf space occupied by the product should be minimal at the beginning. So that u can get a prime shelf space at the store. It's really important factor for success of a product. You should try a creative packaging design with minimal shelf space.
@@Codemakesense u can't promote a new product to the distributors. No-one is gonna risk their money for a product not known to the market. One thing to succeed in indian market is to be cost concious and provide value all the time. If u have to appoint a new Distributor just go pitch ur product to as many as u can and hope one or two of them understand the need. Another way is to go to the stores and generate order in the market for ur product then find a distributor to fulfill that order. But either way if ur product is good enough in terms of cost and value only then it can succeed in the market.

Right brother, building a successful business needs lots of things, even more what we saw in this video as our venture is going to be have nuance or totally different in different industry.
Good: learnt end to end business knowledge. My opinion: I would rather prefer 15/- kadak chai while traveling than stop somewhere keep a hot water bottle. It takes more effort to make jagruk chai than get down of vehicle and have chai at roadside. In India, Chai is an emotion. Jo nestle jaise brand bhi crack nahi kar paayi.
Just a Quick Suggestion :- Instead of having 12 paper cups just add 1 100ML measurer Which can Reduce your cost a lot 12 paper cups are costs Rs 13 but a measurer will cost a lot lesser . Also it may reduce the Weight of the product so 15 packs can be added easily
Great idea, but they're trying to solve a different problem. They want to make it convenient and an instant experience for the consumer. If they add only 1 cup, it might add some fraction. They don't want customer to get headache about cups. But your idea is definitely great. They can do an A/B testing.

Hey Rishabh, 2 things I would like to add here. 1) first thing, some persons don't like to drink tea on those cups cause they believe they are cancer causing. 2) second thing, some persons don't want to have Parle-G. What if you launch this product in 2 or 3 categories, small, mid, and large and put products inside according to consumers' need. These are my feedback, I would like to provide you. 1) If your designer doesnt ask you where you are going to print it, and doesn't offer cmyk designs. He's not a designer. He's a influencer or an intern. Though Sahil seems to be knowledgable. 2) we can get coffee satchets for 2 INR per satchet. though pre-mix ones at least the tasty ones I think costed 10-15 INR in 2019. 3) Also I would suggest you to put a Jagruk brand Real cup like Nescafe rather than paper cups as diwali is coming and would become a great corporate or festive gifts. wish you all the best in this venture. I have currently purchase your new tea , I work in a village area as a panchayat sacratory and some time I want teas at 3-4 pm , if this taste good than I am your permanent customer from thair and i purchased 2 pack so I got instant heater which help to boil water , good intiative by you , I will try and post my review after a month . 😄
@@brijeshmollick5553 Right but Indian market ( at least at the moment ) doesn't want expensive comodotized products. Giving value while also keeping product costs low is the way to success. What they made is a semi luxury product which they are trying to sell as a standard commodity.
Thats the reason you need to set your target market. This is not mass market big volume product. Only corporates and Individuals who can splurge extra money for a bit more convenience will buy this product. Although 30Rs/100ml tea is not very expensive but many will still prefer 10rs chai on roadside or homemade chai.

I have an improvement on this, You gave box with Cups and stick. What if I don't want to carry the box only the sachet? And how will I measure the water then? For that make a uniform size of sachet let say of 50 ml and mention it in the sachet that after emptying the sachet one can fill the empty sachet 2 times with water and boil it and have almost accurate water. And you can include the stick inside the sachet only with a plastic wrap. Or if don't want to use the plastic wrap then have a sachet design designed such that one can have upper potion of the stick unexposed to the mix of chai material. Using like 2 seal sachet. where the sachet can have 2 seals dividing the sachet into 2 compartments and stick will run through the seal below will have the mix of chai and the bottom of the stick will have lower part of stick and mixture and the upper will the part of the stick that will be unexposed and ready to be used as a handle for the stick to stir the tea without making the hands mix with tea mixture (since the stick will be inside the sachet only)

It may sound lame but you should write “do not boil water” in bold with bigger font on card . this will help with product success. people don’t read small texts.. you can also make an icon for boil and cross it out for better.

One suggestion. Give a good quality cap of 100 ML which customers can use again and again. It will save you from sending low quality 12: disposable cups. Even customers who already have cups can only pay for shashe and use. It will be cheaper and economical.

Maza aaya. one thing i'd like to mention about sending weight items, you have to take care of dimensions too. Weight and Dimensions are calculated separately,Whichever is higher becomes the billable weight for which your item will be charged. Happened with me when I sent 420 gm plastic item but by dimension it exceeded. so had to pay the dimesnion based weight

Weight and Dimensions are calculated separately,Whichever is higher becomes the billable weight for which your item will be charged.
Happened with me when I sent 420 gm plastic item but by dimension it exceeded. so had to pay the dimesnion based weight
