This is the closest thing to a 5 Gen on the market right now. China didn’t even let any airforce even test-fly these jets. It has only given the J10C to Pakistan. This is a very unique and incredibly dangerous machine.

Older mirage 3 and 5 and F-7pg to be replaced by further block 3 JF-17s and j 10c s by 2025. If that doesn't look like a modern airforce then please do explain what is the definition of a modern airforce bro? According to you mig21 bison is the definition of a modern airforce? By the looks of it pakistan has a way better ratio of current vs old gen aircraft compared to india. Where india is still operating soviet era aircraft in huge numbers. And lol dont you dare bring the twin engine jets vs single engine jets debate. Twin engine jets are used and preferred by countries who have a huge air space and need a long range platform to defend that air space. Pakistan has a very small air space so single engine jets are more then enough to defend that air space.
